    I recently purchased an AEG Induction cooker as it was the most budget-friendly choice available. I admit I was a little apprehensive at first because of some negative feedback I had read, but I found Knees to be quite helpful. My cooker arrived in perfect condition after a 10-day wait. I would rate my experience as 4 stars overall, mainly due to the limited information on the website and the basic level of communication via email.

    I'm a Knees Home & Electrical customer and I bought a cooker online. But, after I ordered it, I got a call saying it was out of stock and wouldn't come for at least 6 weeks. I was surprised that they didn't tell me sooner and that the website was wrong. So, I asked for my money back, but they said it would take 5 days, which I think is too long. It's sad to see a company not caring about customers.

    Cooker & Kitchen Extractor

    So, I got a cooker and a kitchen extractor from this place, yeah? The website said it would arrive in 2-4 weeks, but it actually took over 6 weeks – madness, right? We were fed up with waiting, so we asked for a refund. They sorted it out, which was good. But then we thought we'd give them another shot and ordered the kitchen extractor. And what do you know? The exact same thing happened all over again. Honestly, how are they still running? They didn't even try to make things right after all the bother they caused us. I'm definitely not taking any chances a third time, that's for sure.

    SMEG kettle purchase

    I recently bought a SMEG kettle from this shop. Sadly, when it arrived, it was scratched and there was no tracking, which was really disappointing. What was worse is that the delivery people just left it on my doorstep without letting me know first. I tried to get in touch with customer service about these problems, but I was really let down by the lack of help I received. As a customer, I felt upset and annoyed by the lack of care and attention. It makes me question how a business like this can even survive.

    Bosch washing machine purchase

    My husband managed to find the washing machine I wanted for £120 less at this store compared to another one. I was a bit concerned about being ripped off after reading some reviews, but Knees Electrical turned out to be a fantastic choice. They even called to confirm the delivery time, which ended up being quicker than I thought. The service was brilliant, the product was well-packaged, and it was the cheapest price around.

    I want to share my recent experience as a customer of Knees Home & Electrical, and quite frankly, it was a big let down. The web sales team definitely needs some serious improvements. I ordered items that were listed as 'available to order' with a specified delivery time, only to find out later that they weren't even in stock. I received an email the next day saying the items were out of stock, even though they had already taken my money. It's just not right to mislead customers like that and hide information about stock availability. To make matters worse, when I tried to express my disappointment through email, I got no response at all. It's obvious that there's a real lack of customer service training and understanding when it comes to online shopping at this company.

    Dishwasher purchase - damaged item

    I bought a dishwasher from this shop not long ago, but it turned up all broken. The delivery was rubbish and the customer service after I complained about the damage was just as bad. They still haven't come to collect the broken dishwasher or give me my money back. All in all, I've had a really bad time dealing with this shop and I'd recommend that others steer clear of buying from them.

    I recently bought a big kitchen appliance from Knees Home & Electrical and, unfortunately, the delivery process was a disaster. I was expecting the delivery to be between 8-11am and I even took a day off work just to make sure I was at home to receive it. The night before, I had to uninstall my old appliance to get it ready for collection. But, to my surprise, the item never turned up. It was only when I called the company to ask a question about the packaging that I was told they couldn't deliver because the van was too small. The lack of communication and professionalism meant I had to throw out perishable items and lost a day's pay that I can't get back. Overall, this whole thing was really frustrating and disappointing.

    Warming Draw

    I recently got a warming drawer from this store that was on sale for a really good price. However, the whole buying process was a bit weird. After using my credit card to pay, I was sent to a page asking me to enter my card details again, which was a bit strange. I didn't get any confirmation of my purchase, so I rang their customer service. The ringtone sounded odd, like I was calling abroad. When someone eventually picked up, they quickly hung up when they heard me. I had to email them to get confirmation and a delivery date, and was told that the sale price was a mistake. The manager, Ian Vidler, rudely put the phone down on me. Something definitely feels off about this company.

    I recently bought a table for my new flat from this home and electrical store. I have to say, I was really impressed with the selection they had. But what really impressed me was the amazing customer service from the staff. It felt like dealing with a family-run business that really cares about their customers.     I was after a toaster oven and managed to find one at this one place. Initially, I felt a bit apprehensive due to some negative reviews I had seen online. Despite that, I decided to go ahead and make the purchase. As it turned out, I accidentally entered the wrong email address during the order, so I didn't receive a confirmation. After giving them a call, they managed to rectify the mistake promptly! They dispatched the toaster oven on the same day, even though it was nearly Easter time. It arrived incredibly fast, and to be honest, I don't understand why some people have negative things to say about them. In my opinion, they are absolutely fantastic!

    I ordered an AEG cooker online and double-checked it was available by giving them a call. Got a ring as soon as it was ready to collect in Trowbridge. The warehouse staff were really lovely and made picking it up a doddle. Saved a bit of cash compared to other shops. Definitely will be using them again.

    I recently bought a smart home security system from this shop. Although the product was good quality and the price was fair, I was really let down by the lack of detail on when it would be delivered. When I looked on their website for delivery info, all I found was vague and unhelpful statements that left me with more questions than answers. I had to call their customer service line to ask about shipping times, but the responses I got were defensive and not helpful at all. The customer service person couldn't give me a definite delivery date, just said it might be this week or next. This lack of clear communication and transparency about shipping processes and delivery times is not on. It's standard practice in the industry to give customers clear info on shipping, expected delivery times, and who the shipping partners are. Sadly, this shop doesn't provide a satisfactory online customer service experience.

    Dear Knees Home & Electrical, I wanted to let you know that I'm feeling quite disappointed with the service I received when trying to buy a cooker hood from your company. I placed the order, and on the website, it said the product would be delivered in 5-10 days. However, after 13 days went by, I hadn't heard anything about the status of my order.
