Review about: Pretty Lavish
Rejected refund
I ordered a dress, did not liked it and returned to Pretty lavish! Then after 10 days i needed to chase them, to realise that they rejected the refund because there was make up stains!
Firstly - I wasn’t wearing makeup
Secondly - i needed to chase them
Third - at least they must give me an option to send back the dress for £100 if the refund is rejected!
There is NO customer service and i am verry unhappy!
Totally against my customer rights!
