I absolutely love the Camille jumper I bought in Navy from this online store! The quality is amazing, with soft and luxurious material, and the colour is even more beautiful in person. I was so excited to buy 4 dresses from this company, but I messed up and missed the 14-day returns window. I was stressing out that I wouldn't be able to send them back, but when I got in touch with customer service, they were really helpful and extended the return period without any fuss. I was really impressed by how well they treated me and it made me feel like they cared about me as a customer. The dresses were top quality and the prices were fair. Two dresses
I bought two dresses from this brand but they were not great quality and didn't fit well. I followed the advice to return them, but I still haven't got my money back. I've sent lots of emails and tried to contact customer service, but no one has got back to me. I really need that £170 back as soon as possible.

Beautiful clothing
I own a boutique, especially for women. I have different brands of clothing and female accessories in my store but wanted something different from the usual. Then, I came by Pretty lavish. I checked through their catalog online and prices. I ordered some clothing like jackets, coats, jumpsuits, jewelry, and others. I just wanted to give the brand a try but impressively I was delivered a quality product. My goods were delivered on the due date given to me. When we talk about their pricing it's a check. My customers have been requesting I order more from the brand which I will do quite soon.

Three dresses, great quality
Oh my goodness, I was really nervous about splurging on those dresses due to their hefty price tag, but I have to say, they are absolutely fantastic! Honestly, I reckon they might just be the best dresses in my wardrobe now. And you know what? I needed next day delivery, which wasn't a sure thing, but I reached out to them and they sorted it out for me at no extra cost! How awesome is that? Definitely a 5 out of 5 from me, no doubt about it!

I ordered four dresses for my bridesmaids, but I missed the returns deadline. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly helpful and managed to sort everything out for me. In the end, I decided to order the same dresses in a larger size and I absolutely love them!

Wrong order cancellation
I ordered the wrong item before a holiday and needed to cancel it. I got in touch with customer service and they quickly replied within 10 minutes, saying they'd cancel the order. They then contacted the warehouse and cancelled it within another 10 minutes. I was really impressed with the service overall!
Refund issue
I've been having a right old ball ache with this company over getting my refund sorted. The way they're not keeping me in the loop is proper rubbish, and I've been left twiddling my thumbs for days with no sign of a resolution. It's really irritating and disheartening to be dealing with such shoddy customer service when all I'm after is my dosh back. I'd advise others to tread carefully when dealing with this lot, as my experience has been well below par.
Awesome dress
I really loved the dress I got from here! The customer service team was so fast at getting back to me and they helped me out with any problems I had. They were really understanding and considerate, which I really liked. The delivery was quick too, which was a nice surprise!
Pink Frayed Top
I got this adorable pink top from an online store, and honestly, it was a nightmare! To begin with, I had to pay for shipping twice, which was really frustrating. When the top finally arrived, it was damaged - there was a fraying in the middle and a red marker stain on the sleeve! I reached out to customer service to try and exchange it, but all they offered was a 50% refund instead. Okay, fair enough, but they said they would send it to my paypal email and they never did! What a complete mess. I wouldn't recommend trusting them at all!

I absolutely loved the things I got from this store! The quality was amazing, and everything fit me like a glove. I was so happy when my order arrived quickly, especially after hearing bad things about other online shops. The customer service was great, and I felt really looked after the whole time. Tight fit
I got my order and was gutted to see the dress was much tighter than I thought. I sent it back straight away, expecting a quick refund. But it's been almost two weeks now and I haven't heard anything from the company. It's not right to have my money held like this. Even though I had other things I wanted to buy on my wish list, I won't be shopping with them again. It's disappointing how they can treat customers so badly with so many people shopping with them.
