Additional cards purchase for employees
Recently, I bought some extra cards for my employees who spend around 30-40k £ per month using our company card. However, I had some problems with the card orders and tried several times to contact customer support but couldn't get through. It was really frustrating as there was no phone number to call them directly, and it took me a good half an hour just to explain simple issues. The product is good, but the poor customer support was disappointing. They really ought to think about setting up a customer support helpline to enhance the quality of service.
