Ordered an item valued at £450 in the store and another the next day valued at £215 over the phone. Realised the day after that the first item wouldn’t fit in my home. My mistake but they refused to refund as I had ordered this item in store. I was so furious that I demanded they gave me a refund on the second item as I ordered over the phone, which they of course did. Terrible customer service. Be warned everybody.
