Reclining chair purchase
I had an excellent shopping experience at Woods Furniture Store. I recently bought two reclining chairs and it was a great experience. The salesperson, Chris, really knew his stuff and was so helpful. He let me take my time trying out different chairs to find the most comfortable one for me. They kept me in the loop with regular updates on my order, which was fantastic. The delivery was smooth, with a call the night before and another just before they arrived. Nigel and Alan, the delivery guys, were really professional and managed to get the chairs into the room I wanted, despite a narrow passage. They even showed me how to adjust the chairs for the best comfort. Overall, I'm really happy with the service at Woods Furniture Store.
Sofa purchase
My visit to Woods Furniture Store was absolutely wonderful. The staff at the showroom in Dorchester were so helpful and friendly, and they really knew their stuff when it came to sofas. The showroom itself was beautifully presented, showing off their products in the best way possible. When the sofa I bought turned out to be faulty, Hannah from customer service was incredible. She kept me updated all the time and made sure that getting a replacement was easy and stress-free. The delivery team were also fantastic, they were quick and careful in setting up my new sofa at home. All in all, I was really impressed with the service I received at Woods Furniture Store - they really went above and beyond.
Bar stools
The service at the furniture store was absolutely amazing. I bought some bar stools that were really good quality and just the right height for my kitchen island. The instructions for putting them together were really clear and simple to follow. There was a small issue with one of the stool legs, but Anthea, the lady in customer service, was brilliant at sorting it out. She was great at communicating and came up with a fast and effective solution. I have to say, I was really impressed with how well they handled everything and I'll definitely be telling my friends and family to shop there for their furniture too.
Sofa Set
I bought a sofa set from Woods Furniture Store not long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the delivery service. The two delivery guys, George and Allan, were fantastic. They were on time, polite, and very careful with the delivery. They even took the time to put the sofa exactly where I wanted it. I was especially impressed by how thorough they were and the great customer service they gave. In general, I'm really happy with my purchase and the delivery service from Woods Furniture Store.
2 kitchen chairs
I recently bought 2 kitchen chairs from this furniture shop and I have to say, the service was top-notch. The staff was really helpful and knew their stuff, helping me find the perfect chairs for my home. The chairs were even better quality than I expected and I'm really happy with them. The prices were competitive too, so I feel like I got a good deal. Overall, I can't recommend this furniture store enough for their great products and customer service.
2 padded chairs to match existing furniture
I bought 2 padded chairs to go with the ones I already had from this store. Overall, I was really pleased with my purchase. The chairs arrived on time, which was a relief. Although, I did have to get in touch with their customer service as I hadn't been given a delivery time or date after 2 days. But, the customer service team was very helpful and I got all the info I needed in just one phone call. The chairs match perfectly and I'm really happy with both the product and the service I got.
Grey sofas
The team at this furniture shop were really great when we were picking out our new grey sofas. Sennen was especially helpful, making sure we had all the info we needed to choose the right ones. The fabric samples were a nice touch and helped us picture how the sofas would look in our living room. When it came to delivery, Alan and Andy did a fantastic job getting the sofas in despite the small doorways. Overall, we were really impressed with the service and love our new sofas. Great job to everyone involved!
Sofa delivery
The delivery chaps who brought my sofa were ever so patient and polite. Even though the sofa wouldn't fit through the patio or front door, they kept at it and eventually got it into the living room after a good bit of effort. It took them a good hour and a half, but they didn't moan or give up at all. Their hard graft and commitment were really something to praise, and I'm so thankful for all they did. All in all, my experience with the delivery service at the furniture shop was top-notch.
Dining room furniture
I had a great time from the minute I stepped foot in the store right through to when my furniture arrived at my house. The team there were really nice, super helpful, and really knew their stuff. Big thank you to Lily Seymour for helping me find exactly what I was after. They kept me in the loop the whole time, and my furniture showed up sooner than I thought. Nigel & Alan who brought and set up my furniture were proper pros and even left the room all tidy. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Oh wow, I've just got to tell you about this fantastic dining table I recently purchased. It's honestly so amazing! The design is stunning and the quality is top-notch. I was a bit hesitant at first, thinking it might not live up to how it appeared online, but it definitely exceeded my expectations in person. The customer service team were brilliant too, especially Leah - she was fantastic! I'll definitely be returning to this store for future shopping trips.

Nigel and Marc brought over and set up my glass coffee table last Friday, and I've got to say, they did a brilliant job. They took their time unpacking it and making sure everything was in place without any marks or damage. On top of that, they were really polite and quick about it all. I was seriously impressed by how professional and thorough they were. I definitely recommend their delivery and assembly service to anyone looking for help.

Mark and Nigel were absolutely fantastic when they brought over our new sofa and cuddle chair. They were so professional and made the whole delivery really enjoyable with their great sense of humour. My mum got me a bed from Woods and it's really cool! The people who set it up were really lovely and did it really quickly. My bed looks amazing and I absolutely love it!
Suzy sofa
I popped into the furniture store on Dorchester high street to have a look at the Suzy sofa. I was really impressed with the variety of furniture they had in both of their shops. However, I wasn't too keen on the salesperson, they were a bit too pushy for my liking. It nearly made me change my mind about buying the sofa, but I went for it in the end.

I've just bought a gorgeous dining table and chairs from this store. Ordering it was a breeze and the staff really knew their stuff, helping me to pick out the ideal set for my home.
