Running shoes
I was a bit unsure about using this website at first because of some bad reviews I'd read, but I was really pleasantly surprised with how it all turned out. Despite my doubts, I decided to go ahead and order a pair of running shoes from them because they were the only place I could find the exact ones I wanted. I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. They kept me well-informed with timely and helpful emails about the status of my order. I ordered the shoes on a Tuesday and they arrived by Friday, which I thought was super quick, especially since they were coming from Germany to the UK. Overall, I couldn't fault anything about the ordering process, communication, or delivery time - everything was just perfect.
