    Consignment items tracking and payment

    I've been selling stuff on CSD for about a year now, and I've gotta say, my recent experience has been really disappointing. Before, we sellers had to sort out our own listed items and chase the accounts team for payment, which wasn't great but it worked. But on May 9th, I saw that my last 3 items were gone from the site and got in touch with CSD about payment because my last statement was ages ago on January 24th. Despite loads of emails and calls, all I've got back are a few sorry messages saying the Accounting team will get in touch - which hasn't happened. Clearly, there's a big problem with sorting out payments for us sellers on CSD, and they're not sticking to their end of the deal. If this carries on, sellers will start to report them to Trading Standards, and they'll lose trust from their main supporters. Me and other sellers are waiting for a quick fix to this.
