I recently bought a pair of trainers from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with my whole experience. The delivery arrived super quickly, just two days after I placed my order. The trainers were exactly as described and I'm really pleased with my purchase. On top of that, the price I paid was the best I could find anywhere. When I messaged the company on Instagram, I was happy to chat with a guy named David. He was really friendly, accommodating, and helpful. He sorted out my question quickly and even let me know when I could expect my delivery. All in all, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.
Urgent dress purchase
I really needed to buy a dress in a hurry, so I contacted CSD's Instagram for help. I was so impressed by how quickly they replied and the amazing customer service I got. I sent my message just 2 minutes before the store was due to close, but they kindly kept it open for me. When I got there, the dress was all ready for me, and I could buy it without any problems. Their quick response and efficient service totally saved me. The range of designer pieces at CSD is brilliant, and they have a mix of second-hand and new items at reasonable prices. The staff, especially David, were super helpful and made my shopping experience really easy and enjoyable.

I just bought a blouse from your shop and I must say, I had a great customer service experience. Paridhi at your Marylebone Lane store was the one who helped me out, and she really went the extra mile to assist me. When I realised the scarf accessory was missing from my purchase, Paridhi quickly tracked it down and arranged for it to be delivered to my house within two days. I was really impressed by how efficient and dedicated she was to making sure I was happy with my purchase. Selling clothes
This company is an absolute nightmare! I thought I'd sell some of my designer gear at their shop in Notting Hill, but it's been a total scam. They've been ignoring all my emails, holding onto my stuff, and not paying me what we agreed. It's a right mess and I might have to get the ombudsman or a solicitor involved. Stay away from them!
consigning items
I left my things at this great shop and it was brilliant! The staff, Layla and Sophie, were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They were really helpful and made me feel right at home. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely suggest it to my friends!
International order
I recently bought something from CSD overseas, but it got stuck in customs at the other end. Luckily, their customer service was top-notch in sorting it out. I got in touch with David from their team, and he really went out of his way to help me. He was so helpful, always quick to respond, and came up with solutions to make sure I eventually got my order. Even though there was a hiccup, David's amazing service really reassured me and made me trust the company again. Bag for holiday
I recently bought a bag for my holiday but noticed it hadn't been sent out by mid-week and started to worry with my trip approaching. I decided to message the customer service team on Instagram and thankfully got a quick response from David. He sorted out my order straight away and it was sent out on the same day, guaranteeing delivery within 24 hours. David even followed up with a message to check I got the package. I really appreciate David's quick work and support the whole way through. Thanks to him, I can now relax and look forward to using my new bag on my holiday.
Designer boots
I bought a pair of designer boots from an online store recently and I must say I was really happy with the whole experience. The boots arrived quickly and in perfect condition, they looked brand new. There was a small hiccup with my initial order but the customer service team sorted it out fast. I dealt with a guy named James who was amazing, he really went out of his way to help me buy the boots. He even checked in afterwards to make sure I was happy with everything. I'm really impressed with the quality of the boots and the great customer service I received.
Dust bags order
I ordered some dust bags, but when my order arrived, they were missing. I got in touch with customer service, and they were super quick to reply. They sorted out the issue and sent me the missing items within just a couple of days. It's really important for a company to fix their mistakes promptly, and CSD did just that. So far, I've made three orders with them, and every time has been spot on. The items were exactly what I wanted, and even though they used to do free delivery, the £8 charge for next-day service is pretty fair.
Consignment of three items
I'm a customer who handed over three items to CSD around a year ago, and honestly, I've been so let down by the whole experience. I trusted them with my stuff, but I've not heard a peep from them since that first consignment. Lately, I've been trying for months to get my items back, but all I get is delays and silence. To top it all off, it seems like they've taken my items off their site without even asking me. It's really got me frustrated. I'm still waiting for a decent response from their team, so honestly, I wouldn't recommend dealing with them again in the future.

Unpaid item from 24.04.2024
I've had a really bad time with CSD lately. I sold something on the 24th of April 2024, and even though it shows as sold on their website, I still haven't been paid. I've been sending emails constantly for a month now, but haven't heard back once. I've tried calling them numerous times, but can never get through to anyone. It's been annoying right from the beginning, with listings being delayed, sold items not being confirmed, late or incorrect statements and payments, and just a lack of communication and help overall. It's really getting on my nerves and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
Consignment items tracking and payment
I've been selling stuff on CSD for about a year now, and I've gotta say, my recent experience has been really disappointing. Before, we sellers had to sort out our own listed items and chase the accounts team for payment, which wasn't great but it worked. But on May 9th, I saw that my last 3 items were gone from the site and got in touch with CSD about payment because my last statement was ages ago on January 24th. Despite loads of emails and calls, all I've got back are a few sorry messages saying the Accounting team will get in touch - which hasn't happened. Clearly, there's a big problem with sorting out payments for us sellers on CSD, and they're not sticking to their end of the deal. If this carries on, sellers will start to report them to Trading Standards, and they'll lose trust from their main supporters. Me and other sellers are waiting for a quick fix to this.
Killer outfit for my BFF's party
I went to CSD with my mum to find a great outfit for my best friend's party, and Paridhi was amazing! She helped me pick out the perfect dress, and both the girls working there were really friendly. Thanks a lot for making my shopping trip awesome!

I recently bought a belt from this company and I was really pleased with it. The belt was in perfect condition and looked just like it did in the pictures. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company to other people.
Difficult seller experience
My time as a seller with this company has been really tough. The communication was non-existent, and they kept hold of my clothes for months without giving me any updates or getting in touch. I tried reaching out through email and WhatsApp many times, and eventually I got a statement and only a partial payment for some of the items. But there were still other items that were left hanging, with a "to be determined" label on the statement. Even after more attempts to follow up, I still didn't receive any more payments or hear from them for weeks.
Vintage bag purchase
Oh my gosh, I will never go back to that website again! I bought this old-fashioned bag that was really pretty in the pictures, but when it came, it looked like it had been squashed by a huge truck. It was nothing like what I was expecting. I sent it back a whole month ago because it was so awful, but I still haven't got my money back. I've emailed them loads of times, and they keep saying my refund is on its way, but where is it?! I'm so annoyed, I just want my money back!
Fast delivery, accurate items
I had a great experience with the seller. The delivery was super quick, and the items I got were exactly like they were on the website. I'm really happy with what I bought and I would definitely tell others to check out this seller.
