Express delivery order
I recently placed an express delivery order with Oxygen, and honestly, I am really let down by the service. Despite shelling out extra for express delivery, it's been a whole 5 working days and my parcel still hasn't been picked up by the courier. The communication from Oxygen has been pretty much non-existent, and I have no clue what's going on with my order. They haven't given me any reasons for the delay, and there's no way for me to cancel the order on their website. I'll have to go through the hassle of contacting their customer service on Monday to sort it out, which is just a major inconvenience. All in all, this whole thing has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I definitely won't be shopping with Oxygen again in the future.
