Returned item for refund
I can't believe I had to fork out for the return postage and then they even deducted the delivery cost from my refund. The size chart was all wrong, but I'm the one who lost out financially. This policy seriously needs to be sorted out immediately.
Designer clothes purchase
I bought some designer clothes from here and they turned out to be really fake! The customer service was absolutely terrible when I tried to address the issue. I'm really disappointed.
Product order cancelled
What a disaster of a company! I ordered something from them and waited 5 days, just for my order to be cancelled without any reason or other options given. Their service is shocking - best to avoid them completely.
Baracuta G9 jacket purchase
Yesterday, I gave Oxygen clothing hotline a ring about an issue with paying for my Baracuta G9 jacket! The guy I spoke to reassured me, saying to give it another go and the jacket would still be in my basket! So, I tried again and you know what? The jacket turned up this morning! I'm over the moon with the outstanding customer service and fast delivery, just like they said! I'll definitely be spreading the word to all my mates and family about this fantastic shop. I recently bought this awesome Hugo Boss t-shirt for just £18 at Oxygen and it was an absolute steal! It all went smoothly with no issues and it arrived really quickly, in just 3 days. Thumbs up from me! 👍
Barbour jacket purchase
I bought a Barbour jacket from this company recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. Everything from ordering to delivery went smoothly, the jacket arrived quickly and was well packaged to avoid any damage. The company kept me updated throughout the whole process, which was great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in search of high-quality products and excellent service.
Quick and efficient purchase
After a really bad time on another website, I finally found the boots I wanted in the right size and at a great price on this one. I was a bit concerned about when they would arrive, but a friendly customer service rep told me they'd be there on time. And they were! I was so happy with the service. However, I was a little let down by the extra delivery charge and possible cost for returns. Plus, there was a mix-up with the online order confirmation that made me unsure if my order had actually been processed.
Express delivery order
I recently placed an express delivery order with Oxygen, and honestly, I am really let down by the service. Despite shelling out extra for express delivery, it's been a whole 5 working days and my parcel still hasn't been picked up by the courier. The communication from Oxygen has been pretty much non-existent, and I have no clue what's going on with my order. They haven't given me any reasons for the delay, and there's no way for me to cancel the order on their website. I'll have to go through the hassle of contacting their customer service on Monday to sort it out, which is just a major inconvenience. All in all, this whole thing has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I definitely won't be shopping with Oxygen again in the future.
Oxygen products
I had a really bad experience with Oxygen. The customer service was terrible, they were dishonest and unhelpful. It was honestly the worst customer service I have ever had. There was a lack of transparency and communication during the ordering process which was really frustrating. The service I got was not great, the staff were not helpful at all and didn't want to fix any problems. The prices seemed too high for what they were offering. The delivery was also disappointing with delays and wrong information. Overall, I wouldn't suggest Oxygen to anyone looking for a good and reliable customer experience.
Designer clothing, bargains, timely delivery
I came across this fantastic online store and was really impressed by the great discounts on designer clothing. Being a busy parent and partner, buying new clothes for myself is not usually at the top of my list. But Oxygen really came through for me and made me feel fantastic without spending loads of money. The quality of the items I bought went beyond what I expected and I felt like royalty in my new outfits. The best thing is that the deliveries are always on time, which is so important for me with my busy schedule. All in all, it was a brilliant experience and I'll definitely be shopping there again.
Clothing item
Let me share my experience with this company. I was enticed by the offer of next day delivery, imagining I'd receive my new clothing item in a jiffy. Well, that didn't happen at all! My parcel arrived late and when I opened it, I found the wrong item inside. It seemed like they mistakenly chose something from the kids' section and hoped I wouldn't realise. What a letdown! I'd advise steering clear of this company if you value your time and sanity.
Three shirts
I just wanted to say that I'm really happy with the three shirts I bought from this online store recently. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I went ahead and made the order anyway. I'm glad to say that my shirts turned up the very next day. They were just like the description and looked legit, which made me trust that the store sells good stuff. All in all, I had a great shopping trip and will definitely think about using this website again.
Ugg boots purchase
I was a bit unsure about getting some Ugg boots from this place at first because I saw a few bad reviews, but I had a great experience. The boots came in just 2 days, and the price was really good too. I've got to say, they provided excellent service!
Double charged for product
I can't believe the cheeky scam this company tried to pull on me. They charged me twice for the same product and then had the nerve to say they were doing me a favour by sending two items and making me return one at my expense. How is that even allowed? Definitely steer clear of this company, they're just a dodgy scam.
Next day delivery
I decided to treat myself to next day delivery last Friday, but ended up waiting until Monday for my item to arrive. To my disappointment, the t-shirt was not as good quality as I had hoped for, especially considering the price for a medium size. It honestly felt more like a £24 cleaning cloth than a t-shirt. Needless to say, I won't be buying from this company again, especially since they seem to go by two different names. Just a heads up to avoid this complete rubbish!
Online shoe purchase
I recently bought some shoes online, but I was really disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a pair, but when they arrived, I discovered that they were in two different sizes. I got in touch with customer service, and they told me to send the shoes back for an exchange. However, when I returned them, they said the shoes were too worn and wouldn't give me a refund or exchange. I was really shocked and let down by their response. The company's actions were unprofessional and dishonest.

Missing parcel issue
I had a bit of trouble with a parcel missing from your store recently. I had to keep bugging the store to find out where it was. I'm still waiting for an answer and haven't had the problem sorted out. It was a pain for me as I had to buy the item again - it was meant to be a Christmas present for my wife. On top of that, I haven't got my money back for the first one. I know it might be Royal Mail's fault, but I made the purchase with the store, and I thought they could have been more helpful in sorting this out.
Trainers purchase
At first, I wasn't sure about ordering because of the bad reviews I'd seen, but I thought I'd give it a go. I ended up buying a pair of trainers, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they came. I got the confirmation email straight away, and DPD delivered my order securely wrapped the next day. All in all, I had a good experience and would definitely order from them again.
