    Four pairs of shoes

    I bought four pairs of shoes online recently. I've worn two, but the other two are new in their packaging. After my purchase, I ended up in hospital unexpectedly due to a serious health issue. I had two surgeries and needed nearly two months to recover. I contacted customer service during this tough time to ask about exchanging the pairs that didn't fit me well. Unfortunately, they told me I was past the 30-day exchange policy. It left me with shoes that didn't fit and felt like a slap in the face. I sent letters to the company, but got no reply. It just showed how little they cared. The shoes I got, the "Lloyd" model, were too big, adding to my frustration. It's shocking how a company can ignore someone in need. I feel like I have to warn others about their heartless ways.
