Shoes
To me, I think once the mind is considering footwear, the best place to think of is Grenson. I grew up meeting some of the old shoes that were worn by my father and some by grandfather, branded as Grenson and if such company could maintain steadfastness and pedigree to making quality shoes till this generation, then it is worth given every thought to. This and other reasons led me to considering Grenson the number one place when thinking anything shoes. The decision has never been a wrong one as every shoe I have bought from Grenson has been greatly utilized and excited with whem compared to others. Nice quality shoes for different uses including adventure and I love them all. Kudos to Grenson.
Quality shoes/boots purchase
I recently treated myself to a new pair of shoes from Grenson, and I have to say I am really impressed with the quality. Yes, they were a bit on the pricey side, but let me tell you, they are worth every penny. The craftsmanship is absolutely fantastic, and the style is timeless - they always look good. The leather is top-notch and seems really durable, so I reckon these shoes will last me a good while. They fit just right and are super comfortable even for long periods of wear. All in all, I am over the moon with my purchase and would definitely recommend Grenson to anyone in the market for some top-quality footwear.
Stylish shoes, excellent communication, next-day delivery
I'm a repeat customer, and I have to say, the products from this store are absolutely brilliant. The shoes I bought are not just stylish, but really comfy too. New Shoes
I recently bought some new shoes that I absolutely adore. They are incredibly comfortable and look really stylish. The first pair I got turned out to be not up to scratch, so I had to exchange them. The staff at the shop were really nice and helped me find a new pair that fits perfectly. I was so pleased with them that I decided to go back and buy another pair. I'm really happy with them, they are just fantastic.
Shoes bought at a discount
I bought a pair of shoes from this store when they were on sale and I've been really happy with them. They're super comfy and I've been wearing them for a good while now. Although the quality is top-notch, I do think the prices are a bit steep. It would be great if they were a bit more competitive with other brands out there.
Quick delivery
I haven't had a chance to try them on yet, but I must say, I'm very impressed with how quickly they arrived. Other companies could definitely take a leaf out of their book when it comes to speediness. Great job!
Expensive shoes
The service here is top-notch! The staff really know their stuff and helped me find the perfect shoes. Yeah, they're a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for, right?
Comfortable boots with slightly worn toe
The boots I got were pretty comfy on the whole, but I did notice that the front bit was a bit scuffed. Apart from that, they fit nicely and seem pretty good for the price.
Four pairs of shoes
I bought four pairs of shoes online recently. I've worn two, but the other two are new in their packaging. After my purchase, I ended up in hospital unexpectedly due to a serious health issue. I had two surgeries and needed nearly two months to recover. I contacted customer service during this tough time to ask about exchanging the pairs that didn't fit me well. Unfortunately, they told me I was past the 30-day exchange policy. It left me with shoes that didn't fit and felt like a slap in the face. I sent letters to the company, but got no reply. It just showed how little they cared. The shoes I got, the "Lloyd" model, were too big, adding to my frustration. It's shocking how a company can ignore someone in need. I feel like I have to warn others about their heartless ways.
Size 6 and 7 trainers
I ended up buying size 6 and 7 trainers because they don't offer half sizes. It's a bit annoying, isn't it? I had to fill out a web form to contact them, but they still haven't got back to me - pretty rude, if you ask me. Also, my trainers came with different size insoles and they looked like they had been worn before, not great. Hopefully they sort it out soon!
Shoe purchase - high price point
I bought a pair of shoes from this shop, paying quite a lot thinking they'd be top quality, but sadly a few months later one of the rivets started coming off. I was really let down by the poor quality and the lack of help from their customer service. Even after getting in touch with them, they wouldn't fix or replace the shoe, which left me feeling really frustrated and undervalued. All in all, I'd really recommend avoiding this store because of the low-quality products and the bad customer service.
New shoe style
I tried to get in touch with the company by email several times last week but didn't hear back. Then I called the phone number they gave, but it was just a bunch of options - no real person to speak to. Eventually, I got through to a customer service rep who told me they were all working from home. I asked about buying the new triple welt Gresham design, but all they said was "sorry" - no help at all. It's a shame because I've been a loyal customer with loads of their shoes and really looking forward to this new design.
