    The ordering process on the Mirafit website was horrible - pages were slow to load and the site often crashed. Some functionality is totally broken e.g. some buttons don't work.

    When I finally did make my order, the link I was sent to track it didn't work. I had to email in to get the information I needed.

    I tried to give feedback on my experience to the company's Head of Marketing, Daisy Kingham, but she was uninterested, rude and dismissive.

    Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding Mirafit.

    Thank you for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear you feel you had a difficult experience dealing with us. Our website was undergoing some maintenance last week but everything should be back up and running at top speed now with no issues or problems.
