    Yoga keep my brain in control and exercising up to shweating point required gym equipments and that all is available here and yes at my Gym room too.

    Shockingly bad customer service. I have had to deal with a person named 'Tyler' who seems to thrive on being unhelpful and rude. My issue is with my wall ... falling apart after not even owning them for 10 months. I have spent 100s of pounds on them, alomg with other products from Mirafit. To receive this level of customer service really is shocking.

    No Bounce Ball

    Abysmal Customer Service.

    I placed and order for a “no bounce” ball. I contacted the service team and advised that I had meant to order an increased weight amount. I advised the service team that the original item was still out for delivery, however I would need to return this and I would be making a new order to save time. I was advised to do so and provided a return form.
    Now, a pragmatic person would think that the representative would highlight at that point, before making a new order, that I would apparently need to pay for any returns myself; simply put, I could have not accepted delivery or indeed not placed a new order. This was not the case, with “Template 3” used by their team and a clear focus on making another sale.

    I was only made aware of a “paid returns” issue when I raised this myself. Now, the feedback I received this time was that unless the product had an issue, this would not be paid for. I advised them that I would then open the box to view the item; which in itself feels cheap, has uneven weight distribution with the sand bag on the inside, has some bounce and is not fit for purpose.

    The two-lined response I received from “Tyler” today epitomises their product; poor and lacking of all quality.

    With this “established” company having advised that they would not pay for the return of the first product, I will be returning the other; again, the quality is poor, with the rubber feeling like a cheap plastic you would get from a street market, coupled with the uneven weight distribution which is more of a concern considering it is a heavier weight.
    I would recommend the brands “Precision Training” or “Primal Fit”. We have a few of their products and they have always been amazing and representative of how the item is advertised. Further, you won’t have to deal with ill-trained service staff. I have requested a complaint to be lodged on two occasions, each of which have been dismissed.


    Finally, well done team. You have created a service issue for a £4.00 returns label. It’s the principle of the issue for myself and all items will be returned. You wont be used or recommend again.

    MIRAFIT 30KG ADJUSTABLE DUMBBELL/BARBELL SET

    Terrible customer service and shipping. I placed an order on 18/3, received an email on 19/3 saying it has been dispatched but there was no tracking info whatsoever. Then there was a text message from DHL on 23/3 early morning that the parcel will be delivered between 12:58-13:58 but I didn't receive anything despite waiting at home for the whole day. Only when I checked on DHL website later that day, the parcel was returned to the sender at 10:00am and I couldn't re-arrange the delivery! There was no missed delivery note at my postbox at all. Since Mirafit has no tel number on their website or in their emails and their online chat did not work, so I wrote them an email. The next day (24/4) they replied and asked for my address and tel number again, which I confirmed its exactly the same as what I've input in my online order. Today (25/3) they are telling me that the item is out of stock and no apologies given! Such a disorganized company. An extremely frustrating shopping experience for me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
