Product was fine, if a little cumbersome to use.
However, they didn't work for me. The vagaries of online purchase!
So, after days of wrangling,OnBuy said send them back. That was done, since when, two weeks after receiving the product, they have failed to refund me and produced a string of delaying messages.
Dreadful customer service, in the era of online shopping.
