I did have to return one item, but it was such an easy and hassle-free process. I can't wait to shop here again in the future!

Cruise insurance
Buying cruise insurance from this company was a total nightmare. I had to try several times just to type in the country I was going to. The website was so difficult to navigate and the whole process was really not user-friendly. In the end, I did manage to buy the insurance, but it was such a frustrating experience from start to finish.

Good product, wrong orders.
I purchased this supplement once and it was actually quite good. But then out of nowhere, other supplements that I never even ordered started arriving at my door. Can you believe it? And to make matters worse, they took my money for these incorrect orders and didn't even offer a refund. Seriously, that's just not right!
