A weekend break to Britannia Branhope
I have used uk breakaway for years and they gave never disappointed me but this time they exceeded my expectations. We arrived at the hotel to find that my husband had booked the wrong weekend so we were not booked in. The hotel originally said they were full but did find a room for us which we would have to pay full price for. We were distraught so I phoned uk breakaway and within an hour they sorted out our original package (b&b, 2 for 1 drinks and trip to York) with the hotel. I could not thank them enough
