    - POOR SERVICE - DO NOT USE
    - TNT driver's fault - no collection receipt provided
    - Parcel Compare Customer service - POOR, no contact number, No information provided, Lack of communication - had to call TNT directly.
    - no able to track the parcel - Parcel compare do not helped.
    - NO REFUND AS WELL!!!
