Attempted to buy a saddle never arrived no refund given
I ordered a saddle. BikeInn miss labelled it with part of 2 addresses so it never arrived. They refuse to give a refund. They refuse to contact Royal Mail to make claim as they have not received the saddle back - which they could do - and so reclaim their money. After about 30 emails I am no further forwards. They have no customer phone line and their chat function was useless.
Never ever use them!
