SRAM AXS components for gravel bike
I recently bought some SRAM AXS components for my gravel bike from this company. To be honest, I was a bit unsure at first because the price was much lower than other options I found online. But I decided to take the chance, and it really paid off! The components arrived safely in Northern Ireland a whole day earlier than expected. The updates on the progress of my order were very accurate, keeping me informed all the way. This wasn't my first time using BikeInn, and just like before, I was very happy with the service. I even purchased a Christmas gift from them once, ordered it quite late, and guess what? It still arrived before Christmas! Pretty impressive, right? I've also noticed that their delivery is quicker than items I've ordered from companies in England. So, well done, BikeInn. My only tiny issue is the delivery charge for orders above £500. It would have been nice to get free delivery considering the amount spent.

It's obvious that BikeINN's customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and their order management skills are questionable too.

I was drawn in by the decent prices and range of products, but I was totally mistaken to expect my parts to arrive quickly. The shipping took forever and the arrival date was really unclear. There's definitely a lot of room for improvement here. I've had much better experiences with other European companies who deliver promptly. Bikeinn is definitely not my top choice when I need parts quickly.

Cool bike
Hey, so I finally got my hands on my shiny new bike and it's absolutely fab, except there were a couple of issues right off the bat. The brake line at the front was crazy long, like a skipping rope or something! Also, it seems the rubber insert for the frame went AWOL, which was a bit frustrating. And on top of that, the little plate thing between the gears and frame was wonky, so shifting gears was a nightmare. Definitely not the best situation to be in, you know?
I thought emailing customer support would sort it out, but all I got in return was a standard robot response. Tried again, but still no luck. And to add insult to injury, the chat feature wasn't even working so I couldn't talk to a real person about my bike troubles. Pretty disappointing stuff, to be honest.New bike seat and pedals
