Ordered a cool thing on Christmas for a friend
I bought a really awesome for Christmas present for a mate, but it still hasn't shown up because they're having problems with their stock. I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund, and the customer service team were really helpful. I'm a bit gutted I won't be getting my gift, but I'm grateful for their assistance. Thumbs up! 👍🏼
