Elvie breastpump purchase
I recently bought an Elvie breast pump from this online shop. I have to say, the Elvie is amazing! I've been using it for a few weeks now and I'm really happy with it. However, I had a small issue with the express shipping I chose. These things happen, but what matters most is how a company deals with them. Luckily, Oxygen Boutique handled it really well. They responded quickly when I contacted them about the problem and fixed it right away. I was really impressed by how efficient and helpful they were. They refunded the extra shipping costs and made sure my order was shipped out as soon as possible. I also needed a pdf of the receipt for insurance reasons, and they were happy to provide it. It's rare to find a company that goes out of their way to help customers like that. The customer service from Oxygen Boutique was outstanding and I really appreciate it. I'll definitely shop with them again in the future.

I bought a Tonie during their Black Friday sale and it was a great deal, the cheapest Tonie character I've ever come across. After two weeks I still hadn't received my order, so I decided to send an email to enquire. Surprisingly, I received a quick response. I emailed again a week before Christmas, only to find out that the company had been let down by Tonies themselves and hadn't received their orders. I must say, the customer service provided by this company was top-notch - they even replied to me on a Sunday evening. It's really impressive how a small company can have such great customer service despite being let down by a big supplier.
Ordered several items

I bought a dress from this company not long ago, but I was really disappointed with it. Oh my gosh, I got the most adorable dress on sale and it's absolutely wonderful! I currently reside in the USA, and typically when I order items from the UK, it takes ages for them to arrive. However, this time was different! The company shipped it out really fast and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The dress even arrived in a neat sealed bag, which ensured it stayed in perfect condition during transit. I'm so pleased with my purchase!

Oxygen Boutique has really got on my nerves - they took my money but never sent me the product I paid for. I've tried reaching out for a refund multiple times, but they just won't help me out at all. It's absolutely scandalous how they believe they can just pull off this kind of con.
Dresses that didn't fit
I bought three dresses, but none of them fit properly. One of the dresses was particularly bad, I couldn't even get my head through the hole! Trying to send them back was a total nightmare. They completely ignored my emails and wouldn't give me any extra time to return them. It was just so frustrating!

Oh my gosh, I ordered this really cute top but it hasn't arrived! The delivery guy hasn't delivered it and I've been trying to contact them for ages, but they keep ignoring me. Just send me my top, I really want it!
Leopard print dress
The leopard print dress I bought was so gorgeous, it fit perfectly and made me feel like a queen. But I have to admit, the customer service I got from this boutique was really bad. I tried to reach out to them about a question I had regarding my order, but it was like they were ignoring my emails completely.
