Greenhouse purchase
I bought a greenhouse from this company but I ended up getting the wrong one by mistake. When I realised, I got in touch with them straight away to ask for a cancellation and refund. It was great how easy it was to reach them, they have lots of contact options on their website. Nicky from customer service got back to me quickly and sorted out the refund, getting the money back on my card within an hour. Even though my order didn't go to plan this time, I'll definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.
