Bought a hernia belt from a company called Firstchoice, item came not has pictued, used and dirty. logged a complaint and recieved no response from this seller. Did some detective work and this seller trades under three names with different postal addresses. I Googled street the addresses and they were a asian pakistani wholesale units in Leicester and a private house in Salhall. I've claimed a refund through paypal and still no response from the seller. OnBuy don't always have professional sellers as they claim and they edit customer descriptive critical reviews aswell, won't use again dodgy setup. By the way Firstchoice are still trading and ramping up the negative reviews, OnBuy are doing nothing.
