Misleading delivery timing
I ordered a tracked parcel with a 48-hour delivery from this company, thinking it'd arrive on time. But the Royal Mail tracking said it was delivered on time when it actually came a day late. The difference between when it arrived and when they said it did was disappointing and made me doubt the reliability of their delivery. It's annoying that they say they hit their goals when it's clear they're not delivering on time. This has left me feeling disappointed and unsure about using this company again.
