This is the worse experience I ever had with an insurance company in my life, although I have been driving for 11 years in 3 different countries.
Manipulative cheap tactics to make you cancel the policy.
They don't commit to the payment that they offered and then for no fair reason they increase the policy price without your approval and if you refused and cancelled you policy they charge you expensive cancellation fees , and they don't even commit to the fees they puplish , they charged me 128 pound for cancellation although they said the fees are 100 only.
They refused to accept NCD proof from another insurance company in UK also
Very cheap manipulative tactics.
