I recently had a truly awful experience with the airport parking services that has left me feeling really frustrated and upset. When I landed at the airport, I followed the instructions to give the company a call so they could bring my car to me. However, after making 28 phone calls and waiting for over an hour, my car finally turned up. To my horror, it was covered in leaves, rubbish, and even false nails in the footwell. The driver didn't even bother to explain the delay or the state of my car, which completely shocked me. To top it off, I later found out that eight other customers were also waiting for over an hour to get their cars back. This is completely unacceptable, and I strongly recommend to everyone to stay away from this company at all costs.
