Handmade Jewelry Set
I recently bought a handmade jewelry set from an online marketplace and I have to say, the whole experience was a bit of a nightmare because of their terrible customer service. It's really disappointing to see the lack of accountability and transparency when it comes to sorting out customer problems. It took me days to try and get through their complicated customer service system, and when I finally did, the representatives I spoke to were not helpful at all and even hung up on me a few times. To make things worse, the phone number they gave me to contact them suddenly didn't work anymore, so it was nearly impossible to speak to a real person and get my concerns sorted.

Pantofola d'Ora Superstar SL
The delivery came quicker than I thought, which was a nice surprise. I had ordered the Pantofola d'Ora Superstar SL and was excited to get them with the Black/blue laces in the box. However, I got black laces instead, slightly disappointing. I guess the blue laces might have been out of stock. Besides that, everything else about the order was great - customer service was helpful, pricing was fair, and the shopping experience was easy.
