How to reset your password

    • Hover over your user icon at the top right corner and choose ‘My settings’ from the dropdown menu.

  3. Change Your Password:

    • Under ‘Change password’, enter your current password and the new one (confirm it by typing it again).
    • Click ‘Change password’ to save the changes.

Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, just follow our updated login process:

  1. New Login Process:

    • Each time you log in, our system now sends you a unique four-digit verification code, replacing the old password method.

  2. Enhanced Security:

    • This enhances security and eliminates the hassle of forgotten passwords.
