Received 3 photo calendars for gifts that Hermes had shoved through my too-small letterbox and ruined. I contacted Printerpix and Kayla responded within 12 hours, confirming replacement products. Great service, shame about the courier! Highly recommend Printerpix products.

It was fairly easy to create the photo albums and to save. During checkout I had a problem using my 2 Groupons to buy 2 of the same photo books created. First I tried to email the problem, but didn't get a timely response. Then I saw that there was online chat. During this time the agent was always friendly, helpful and most importantly my problem was resolved in just a few minutes. Thanks! I'm sure the photo books will turn out great.

I ordered a photo book with hard cover. The quality is excellent both of the cover and of the printed pages.
It was extremely easy to create the book and uploading the photos. There are so many different layouts to choose from and it's very simple moving from one layout to another.
The customer service was also very attentive and careful.
Only note: the delivery took quite a while.
I was so happy of the service that I placed another order.

I will not use Printerpix agai
