It was fairly easy to create the photo albums and to save. During checkout I had a problem using my 2 Groupons to buy 2 of the same photo books created. First I tried to email the problem, but didn't get a timely response. Then I saw that there was online chat. During this time the agent was always friendly, helpful and most importantly my problem was resolved in just a few minutes. Thanks! I'm sure the photo books will turn out great.

I ordered a photo book with hard cover. The quality is excellent both of the cover and of the printed pages.
It was extremely easy to create the book and uploading the photos. There are so many different layouts to choose from and it's very simple moving from one layout to another.
The customer service was also very attentive and careful.
Only note: the delivery took quite a while.

After a bit of a snafu with my trying to use a 3 book code on 3 individual orders fell at the second hurdle, Printerpix said they'd said the next two if I paid the shipping, which I did. That worked out pretty nicely and Angelina was very speedy in resolving the issue.
I have my qualms with the tech side of Printerpix, but the price-result ratio is pretty great.
