I ordered a photo book with hard cover. The quality is excellent both of the cover and of the printed pages.
It was extremely easy to create the book and uploading the photos. There are so many different layouts to choose from and it's very simple moving from one layout to another.
The customer service was also very attentive and careful.
Only note: the delivery took quite a while.
I was so happy of the service that I placed another order.

After a bit of a snafu with my trying to use a 3 book code on 3 individual orders fell at the second hurdle, Printerpix said they'd said the next two if I paid the shipping, which I did. That worked out pretty nicely and Angelina was very speedy in resolving the issue.

I have my qualms with the tech side of Printerpix, but the price-result ratio is pretty great.

Last night I created and ordered a group of Calendars. I bought 2 groups of 3 calendars to give all our friends them as gifts. One of my orders had only one and not the three. So I went to customer service and Matthew was very helpful. He helped me fix the order so I can be sure to have one for all my group. Thank you so much Matthew for your kind assistance. You were very patient and helpful. I really appreciate it so much.

I have ordered from printerpix several times before and have always been very happy with the service. I had a problem with my order on this occasion which I think was due to the delivery people it printerpix themselves but they quickly responded to my email and sorted the problem. Angelina sorted this all out for quickly and politely ???? would definitely recommend ????

J'avais fait une erreur dans ma commande. J'ai pu contacter avec tout de même un peu de difficultés le service client, mais par la suite, Mathew a été très professionnel et réactif quant au réajustement de ma nouvelle commande que j'ai pu effectuer juste après.
