Kayla de atencion al cliente me ha ayudado mucho. Todavía no me ha llegado así que no puedo valorar entrega ni calidad del material. Me gusta que se guarde el pedido por si quieres volver a pedirlo. El envio me parece un poco caro y me sorprende que no tenga servicio de entrega en punto pack.

Not only was this person polite and efficient but she gave me a discount of nearly £20 off the delivery cost just because I contacted her : )

Matthew was the representative who helped me from the beginnning. I placed the coupon order incorrectly. Matthew helped me fix that. Then he assisted me in making the correct order. He took time and waited for me to finish my order online.

When I placed my order I put in the wrong shipping address. I talked to Kayla via chat. She changed the address for me, making sure it was listed correctly because it was an overseas military address. Kayla was very helpful.

Initially had a problem with my order but Kayla from customer service helped me out and exceeded my expectations. Ordered a replacement blanket in a timely manner, and so happy with the final product. Will be using PrinterPix again. Great customer service and fantastic products makes me a repeat customer!

The calender wasn't high quality. Just thin paper :-( Since the printing was faulty , I contacted the custumer-service. Kayla was very nice, helpful und uncomplicated and solved the problem very quick. Thanks!
