A4 60 page photobook
When the book arrived I was upset to find that the couriers had damaged it. You could see the box was badly dented and so were the covers. I contacted Kayla at customer services who replaced it for me at no charge. The second book arrived very promptly and I was very pleased with it, however the courier had handled it badly again and the corner of the box was dented. The two covers were slightly dented at the corners, but not enough to spoil it. I contacted Kayla just to let her know that the couriers (Hermes) were doing her company no favours and in fact costing them money. I stressed that I was not asking for a replacement. Kayla was fantastic and offered me a free 30 page photobook "to keep a valuable customer" What a star!

- Au téléphone, j'ai une personne qui parle italien ... difficile de se comprendre !
+ Mais avec la tchat et 2 personnes, dont Kaya, j'ai pu résoudre mon problème de pages supplémentaires, de photos en doublon ou inutiles, de mise au panier pour valider mon projet et trouver une autre solution pour payer que la carte bancaire qui ne passait pas (problème avec la France).
Merci à elles deux.

Je n'arrivai pas à régler ma commande sur le site mais grâce à Angelina par chat nous avons réussi à mener à bien la commande. Merci à elle car elle a fait preuve de patience !
Je n'ai pas encore reçu le produit...J'ai eu besoin d'aide pour valider mon projet, le mettre dans mon panier, des questions sur des photos en double et inutiles, des pages supplémentaires, et un problème de règlement par carte à la fin. Bonne écoute tout au long de ce parcours.

Canvas and hardback photobooks
Bought several hardback photobooks through groupon vouchers. Excellent quality and value for money. Also ordered a canvas from them on a similar deal. The canvas is fantastic quality, and I was very surprised how colourful the photographs are on the canvas, sometimes these things loose colour and clarity when reproduced. Had a problem with our last photobook and was assisted promptly by Kayla, who organised a replacement and kept me updated about the replacement.

I will not use Printerpix agai
