First id like to thank " Angelina" Customer support, I was having a problem checking out because i needed to deleted 1 item, i only want 3 PHOTO BOOK but because i keep adding more photos for some reason its showing i have 4 PHOTO BOOK, i seek help and the respond was very fast, shes very friendly and smart she help me less than 5 min, all she ask is my email address and she ask what is the issue i explianed to her and BOOM shes done.. she told me to click the link she send me and i was done, she even advise to stay online until i finished purchased.. Thank you

Mes tirages photos sont arrivés inexploitables , la pellicule sur les photos s'ecaillait et partait en petits morceaux. Après plusieurs mail sans réponse j'ai eu Kayla en chat et elle a résolu mon problème en 5 minutes. Je suis très satisfaite, elle a été très réactive. Printerpix doit réimprimer mes photos et me les renvoyer. J'espère que tout sera OK.

I bought a coupon from Groupon and arranged my pictures - unfortunately somewhere along the way I inadvertently added 40 pages (which I didn't fill) so when I tried to checkout it wanted to charge me a substantial sum on top of my original voucher. I phoned and spoke to Gregory who was absolutely excellent, very kind and understanding. He immediately sorted it out for me. I cannot speak more highly of him. Eventually my photobook arrived and I was absoltely thrilled by it. Lovely quality and a beautiful reminder of a fabulous holiday.

I will not use Printerpix agai
