Still hopeful despite the wait
Was really looking forward to these for my dodgy lower back, so was gutted when they didn’t turn up. Paid for next‑day and replied to their address query, but site still says pending. Customer service quiet. Still hopeful though, sounds like it would help — can’t wait to try.
Started rough, ended alright
my order went on hold, a few unanswered emails and I nearly phoned my bank, honestly. Then someone finally called back, apologised properly and sorted the refund/re-booking, and the delivery guys turned up when they said they would and helped get the heavy stuff in. That moment when they carried the last box and my back thanked me — that’s when I knew it was worth it, really relieved.
Bit of a faff, but glad it's here
So I kept calling and emailing to change the delivery address. No answer. The parcel went to the wrong house. I spotted it straight away and was hopping mad. Luckily the neighbour brought it round later — small miracle. The jacket inside is actually lovely. Soft, warm, fits a bit roomy which I like. Wore it on the school run and for quick nips to the shops. Not perfect service, but I'm relieved it worked out in the end. Could've been smoother though.
Waiting-for-a-phone-answer
endless queueing on the phone (I think I grew a beard), calls cut off, loads of emails, and by 4th September still no meds and £150 lighter. I was getting sceptical, annoyed even. In the end someone did reply and that helped — service still clunky, delivery poor, but at least they answered eventually. I use this stuff every day, so it’s been inconvenient.
Still waiting and chasing a refund
I first heard about this after a mate mentioned they'd used the service. I was wary — giving clinical details online and prepaying felt risky, but the price sounded alright so I placed an order for statins. Then the hassle began. They asked for extra clinical info, which I sent three times. Each time the online status stayed at 'additional clinical information required' and there was no reply to my emails. The automated phone system is useless; I waited over 90 minutes on three separate occasions before giving up. I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund and, again, silence. In the end I contacted my card provider to lodge a dispute and they were actually helpful, so I'm relieved about that. Overall, I wouldn't recommend relying on their customer service — it was clumsy and stressful, a shame because it started promising.
Fed up with support
I'm done with them for now. Loved their hair treatment and have ordered for years, but their customer support is the weak link. A couple of months back their website glitched — my card showed as charged but all I got was a blank confirmation page. Not the first time, and when the pending charge became a real one they couldn't find the transaction, so I had to raise a chargeback and wait nearly a month to see the money again. This month they sent a 15% promo, I grabbed it and placed order #1142635 earlier than usual. On Tuesday they put the order on hold asking why I'd ordered early; I replied that same day, chased on Thursday and again on Saturday, and nothing. Emails ignored, phone lines closed. The product itself is fine and delivery used to be reliable, but this flaky service and the radio silence means I’ll try a different pharmacy next time. I wish they'd sort their backend and actually reply — a real shame because the treatment works.
Quick delivery, well packaged
This pharmacy is really good. I'm happy with how quickly my order arrived and how well it was packed. The staff seem really knowledgeable and I like that they work efficiently.
Medication for my wife's upcoming birthday
I really like how straightforward the website is and I had no trouble finding my way around. The delivery was super quick too, which was great.
