    don’t rely on them. A colleague had tipped me to try them for a thank-you bouquet to be delivered in France, and at first I thought “great”, but it went downhill fast. I placed the order, then a day later they phoned for extra details that weren’t asked for on the form — odd, but fine. After that the delivery slipped by one day, then a few hours later I got an email saying it’d slipped a further three days. So already four days after the original date and still no flowers. Loads of back-and-forth emails followed; they kept saying it was down to the local courier and waving their Ts & Cs about. The flowers finally turned up on day six, apparently chucked over the garden wall, by which time my friends had gone away on holiday. No offer of a proper refund at first, just a credit for postage (which I didn’t want), and eventually they did refund the postage. I’m actually grateful they sorted that in the end, but the whole experience was sloppy and stressful, and I won’t be using them again.

    The moment it finally felt right

    first delivery went missing, the courier dropped them somewhere with no house number and your tracking insisted they’d been left “safe”. We searched the street, checked bin-sheds, even asked the neighbour who definitely doesn’t know their own house number. Awful. But after a grumpy call and a bit of persistence, the florist actually sent a new bunch the next day. Not identical, but fresher, nicer and — crucially — delivered to the right house. That was the moment I felt satisfied: when the recipient had flowers in her hands and started laughing about the whole kerfuffle. Service was slow to respond at first, and yes, ParcelForce’s idea of a “safe place” seems to be “anywhere but here”, but the company did follow up and made it right in the end. Would I recommend being chill and calling them quickly rather than firing off threats? Yes. My tip: take photos, note the tracking details, and don’t assume the first “delivered” means it’s gone for good. Small things could be better — clearer delivery notes, please — but credit where it’s due: they turned a near-disaster into a decent outcome. A bit of patience paid off, and I’m oddly relieved rather than fuming.

I placed an order here mostly to tick the box and because the site looked straightforward. The ordering process was fine. Not flashy, just clear. What made me breathe easier was the photo my sister sent the day after delivery. The bouquet looked neat, not overdone, still fresh. That was the moment I realised I’d made the right choice. It wasn’t dramatic. It was practical and good. The arrangement lasted a few days longer than I expected, which mattered since she wanted to keep them for visitors. Customer service answered a small query about delivery times without fuss. Price was reasonable for what arrived; not the cheapest but not extortionate either. I’m grateful it turned out well. Would I use them again? Yes, especially when I can’t be there in person. There are tiny things that could be smoother, like clearer time slots, but nothing that spoils the experience. Overall, a reliable option when you need someone else to sort flowers properly.

    Large rose ...amp... fresia bouquet

    ordered a rose and fresia LARGE bouquet. When it arrived, it was tiny, with loads of greenery and hardly any flowers. It was CERTAINLY nothing resembling the website photo, that I'm not even sure it was the correct bouquet. Upon complaining to prestige, I got a reply back saying the florist manager says the photos i sent show a decent sized and decent quality bouquet.
    They do NOT, as after I'd sent various photos, even one with a can of coke for size reference, they still come back saying this! I suspect the florist manager needs new glasses. Also trying to use the line that many of the flowers are sent in bud, so they last longer...I'm not an idiot, I know this isn't he case, but they can't use that argument for the small size bouquet, as there's only one or two buds anyway!
    I've used the a lot in the past and always ordered a large bouquet. I know what kinda size to expect from them, and THIS ain't it.
    Prestige Flowers were initially great when I'm started using them, and I've stupidly recommended them to others, just as they've really started going downhill!
    I wish I could have added photos of the pitiful bouquet on here!

    Will NEVER use them again, will be deleting the app, and leaving HONEST reviews of their product and service.

    Disgusting and best avoided!

    Update:- they've responded that theyre investigating. They aren't, they are clearly NOT honouring their "100% satisfaction no quibble guarantee" that they seem so proud of. Told me to go back to my bank to file a claim! DISGUSTING!

    What an awful experience with this horrible company.

    It was stressful enough having received the shocking poor quality half dead flowers as it was as it ruined my wife's birthday, but they saved the real stress for later when speaking to customer services. It was a very traumatic, distressing and upsetting experience that I would never want to wish upon anyone. It was actually a wind up and their agent Megan was enjoying it.

    Ordered the bouquet, looked nothing like what we received. Not even one of the stems/flowers that I saw in the picture was present in the so called bouquet. I spent £5 extra for a medium and still got a shocking small bunch, I hate to see what the normal size was!

    The bunch delivered was half dead, no presentation and well below average. At the bottom was the greeting card that was soaked with water. Just so sloppy and careless!

    So it got worse when contacted customer services and spoke to a Megan.b

    She blatantly refused that there was anything wrong with the flowers despite several pictures sent of brown dying petals on the roses etc. Squashed flowers and half eaten stems. She said the florist is happy no problem with the quality blah blah, so we cant offer compensation.

    So lots of back and forth - she would just not accept there was anything wrong.

    2 days later instead of them blossoming with the food she told me to give, they went the other way and were dead, rose had dropped dead. You think that would have been sufficient for a refund.

    No, they said good news, we are very pleased to offer a new bouquet - no extra charge! No I said. I wanted refund. Given what their quality has been like I did not want to complain again.

    Back and forth again, I asked for a refund. Megan b AGAIN then suggested a new bouquet and to what address? Not listening. Insisted on refund. I'm sure most of these messages were just auto replies, I don't know.

    Then to my horror, expecting them to offer a full refund, Megan then came back and said GREAT NEWS! We can have a credit and great news its valid for 6 months! OMG. This was so bad. I actually had to write back that Megan, I dont believe you are human and I must be chatting to a BOT as no one can be so insensitive, ... and unprofessional in just not listening to the customer! You didn't listen when I told you they arrived half dead and you are now not listening when flowers are dead! ANd again ignoring me requesting a refund!

    This experience really was traumatic, upsetting and distressing for me in having to deal with this.I wasted a whole day almost.
    I eventually just replied I will contact mu credit card company to obtain a refund. I'm sure my dead flower pictures will be enough.

    Megan then replied back saying they will refund! All in all this took over 10-15 conversation. I can imagine everyone else would have given have given up but I wasn't going to..It was like getting blood out of stone.

    Why does it need to take 10 attempts to get a refund?

    I can relate to the reviews on here that this firm is very shoddy, poor quality flowers and even worse dopy, ..., incompetent idiots working there which unfortunately I had to deal with. Shameful.

    Advice: Do not play with human emotions - I know you think it was funny Megan but trust Karma.
    You did nothing to try and put it right, instead you argued there was nothing wrong with the flowers, when clearly there was and they dropped dead 2 days later.

    Also, £25 off? These flowers were no way £49,99 in the first place, maybe £4.99 at best.
    Please do not be fooled by these discounts - flowers are CRAP and so are the morons working there.
    Megan b was just not human, no care or understanding or wanting to help. I'm sure I was talking to a bot as no human could ever behave like that to a customer. And if she wasn't a bit and Megan is a real person, then thats your character. shame on you.

    I would never, ever buy from this Company PRESTIGE or refer anyone I knew. The picture they advertise on their website does not truly reflect the ones you receive. I paid for the Celebration Delight, upgraded for another ten pounds, what was received could have been bought from Tesco's for half the price. I emailed PRESTIGE pointing out the differences in quantity but was dismissed. They didn't even count the flowers I received against what was advertised, they based it upon size which again didn't match. The responses were bog standard and are probably sent to anyone that complains. They didn't even refer to the bouquet ordered by name, it was a cut and paste email response, not referring to any exact details I had given in my complaint. Customer service - none. The only thing good was the Royal Mail delivery.

    Fresh flower delivery

    I was really happy with the flowers I got from that company, they arrived on time and were really fresh. They looked great, but I was a bit let down by the amount of greenery in the bunch as it meant there weren't as many actual flowers. It wasn't a big deal though, and overall I was happy with the service and the quality of the flowers.

    Low budget flowers

    I bought some cheap flowers from this company the other day and I have to say, I was really let down by what I got. When the flowers arrived, they were already half dead and looking worse for wear. I asked for a refund straight away, but they only offered me 10 percent off as a sorry. That’s just not good enough. I reckon that so-called 100 percent guarantee they talk about is a load of rubbish.

    I bought some roses from this company not long ago and they did come on time, but I was a bit sad to see that two of them were squashed. I got in touch with customer service and they asked me to send over some photos of the damage, so I did. They sorted it out pretty quickly, and I was happy that they acted fast to make things right.

    I ordered some flowers for next day delivery, but it's been two whole weeks now and they still haven't shown up. I asked for a refund, but all they gave me back was the postage cost - after making me wait 14 days! And to top it all off, I got an email saying that they hope the person who was supposed to get the flowers can still enjoy their gift. I don't want dried-up flowers or no flowers at all, I just wanted some fresh ones. I'm really let down by the service, to be honest.

    Flowers for two different occasions

    I bought some flowers recently for two special occasions, and I must say, the service was really disappointing. I ordered the Sunlit Meadow bouquet for a Golden Wedding Anniversary, hoping for a touch of gold and yellow, but what I received looked nothing like the picture at all. They did send a replacement bouquet, but it still didn't have the colours they promised. Then, for a 70th birthday, I picked the Crimson Collection for a friend who loves pink, but the flowers never came on the right day. After I got in touch with the company, they sent another bouquet, but I'm still waiting to see if it arrives this time.

    Sunflower bouquet for next day delivery

    I ordered this gorgeous sunflower bouquet for next day delivery and what I got was a sorry bunch of half-dead flowers that couldn't even compare to the picture online! When I got in touch with customer service, they promised me a replacement bouquet would be sent out the very next day. Fast forward over a week, still no sign of my replacement. I am so let down by the service and the poor quality of the flowers. Those quick email replies don't make up for the broken promises of next day delivery and stunning flowers.
