I ordered some pyjamas on December 6. They still have not arrived and I have received no response to messages left on their answerphone. It is obvious they are operating a scam, taking people‘s money and not supplying the articles. I have reported them to trading standards and action fraud and I encourage others to do the same in order to curtail their despicable practices.

Coat
ordered a coat from ultamodan. I never received a confirmation email for my order, but the payment went through on Paypal. I emailed ultamodan to ask about my order twice but received no response. PayPal don’t allow disputes for 180 days! I’m very upset that they have stolen my money with nothing to show for it. Avoid like the plague.

I would give them 0 stars if I could!!! Avoid like the plague!! My sister wanted me to wear a gold dress to her wedding- I found one on Ultamodan and bought it. It took almost 2 months to arrive and when it did, it was a huge disappointment. The dress was very cheaply made and instead of sequins, it was all glitter. Literally looked like a glitter bomb went off the second I opened the package. My entire house was covered! On the package it was mailed in, it said, “All returns please be sent to Hou Wenzeng....” and they gave a KY address. I followed the instructions, paid $8.25 to have it shipped back. Several weeks went by and I hadn’t received my refund yet so I contacted them. They then tell me that the dress was sent to an “incorrect address” and they would not be refunding me my money. I asked how in the world they gave me a wrong address and how and why that was my fault. They said they “never gave a KY address” and then provided an address in NJ where the dress needed to be sent. I asked, “How do you suppose I am to send it there now that it’s in KY with some guy name Hou??” They simply told me it “wasn’t their problem”. Thank God for my bank. I reported the fraudulent charge and received my money back.

My order was placed 9th Really appalling.My order of 9th October is still being processed with fake promises for the last 2 weeks that I will be given tracking number in 3-5 days.will definitely take this forward if not received this week.Looks like a scam..avoid

Long green winter Jacket with fur collar
After I ordered my jacket I came on and read the reviews. I seen all the negative comments and thought oh great. Im never getting my jacket. However my jacket came 2 weeks later which i thought was a bit long but its beautiful. I'm a size 10/12 normally and went for the xl its perfect. I emailed the company a couple of times and they replied promptly.
Ordered a top Oct 16th . Nothing. Sent several emails. Was told it would arrive in 5 days. There is a tracking status on their website saying it was with the airline on Nov 20th. It's now 10th December - still nothing. I have emailed for a refund. NO RESPONSE. THEY ARE A JOKE!!! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN IGNORE YOU!

Scandalous! Crazy to think people out there make fake company’s and sell stuff but you don’t receive anything. Ordered 2 coats for 60 and they never come they sent me an automated email saying they will get back to me..6 week later nothing. Nothing but robbing bastards

Yes, you are so right about fake reviews. If you go onto Trust Pilot, they give a warning that some of the reviews have been removed as they are bogus. Since most of the reviews are shockingly bad, I suspect those few positive ones are fake and have slipped through the net. Get your bank to re-charge your account.
SAME HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS ABOVE CUSTOMERS. I disuputed the charge with my bank and my money has been returned. Suckers!

Please report them to the Citizens Advice Consumer Service on 03454 04 05 06 (Citizens Advise Org UK) - if you google them you can also speak to them via chat or lodge an online complaint.

but that was over a week ago.
Scam CompanyI ordered on December 7th and I'm still waiting for my 2 items. Why didn't I check the reviews I wouldn't have bothered otherwise. But I did pay via paypal so that should hopefully provide some sort of guarantee, as I was under the impression Paypal only work with reputable businesses?

Disgusting! ordered my coat on the 24/9/20, I am currently still waiting for this coat, i emailed the company who said there is further delays with my item, Its not even been shipped yet and once its shipped it can take up to 26 days!! as another person mentioned it will be summer by the time this coat arrives and iv got a feeling its not going to look like the picture! I'm now trying to find out if iv been scammed because it very much feels like it!

Never again ! Ordered on the 18/09/2020 and jacket arrived today 21/10/2020 , nothing like the jacket on a photo !!!!!!!!! Not even a puffer jacket!! Is not even thick !!!!! I wanted puffer jacket, ordered and paid for a puffer jacket but recieved thin ugly jacket !!!!!!!! Now you still selling this and asking £10 more than I paid a month ago !!!!! Absolute joke !!!!!!!!!
I am extremely disappointed in this company. I ordered a coat a month and a half ago and it hasn't even shipped yet and I have no word on when it will. Once it ships it will take 14 days. Basically It will be winter by the time my fall jacket arrives. I have emailed 5+ times and my friend who lives in England called 3 times. They are unresponsive or send a generic letter. The lack of communication is horrible customer service. I do NOT recommend unless you want to have a headache and waste your time.
