No order or refund received. Now seen same story with other customers. Don't order from Ultamodan.
Now trying to get refund from my bank.Black Puffa Coat
Ordered on 19/2. Tracking app says not been shipped. Despite several emails and promises of delivery. Today is 5/5 and no refund or parcel. Terrible customer service won't use again. Wish I'd read the reviews prior to ordering.
The most dreadful company to deal with placed an order on 23rd Jan, no confirmation email, no delivery and no response to emails. After 16 emails the last one requesting a refund and acknowledgement that the order was now cancelled and a refund would be processed. 4 weeks and several more emails still NO refund. This company is a SCAM!!!!

OMG! I feel sick after reading all the negative reviews. My chances of receiving the goods are probably less than zero. Absolute disgrace. Wished I'd read the reviews b4 purchasing. It sadly makes sense why I've had no response to my emails.

They are a drop shipping company in China. Most people don't receive their goods or like me it eventually came after 3 months but was nothing like the image on the website. It was far too small, it smelt horrible and was cheaply made. Their customer service is SHAMBOLIC and that is being kind. They have an office address in London but when I checked there is no one actually in the office ever. Company is owned by Davina Prasad who should be ashamed of the service and lies her company tells its customers. SO BE WARNED - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE WITH A LEGITIMATE COMPANY.Juicy Tracksuit
I ordered this on 269th February 21, the tracking still says not sent, I have emailed numerous times and requested my money back.
I have not had a response other than the automatic bounce back, nor have I received a reply.
slap in the face is that I am still receiving their emails on how great they are at empowering women..... Just not very good at providing a service to us though.
I feel like you have simply taken my money and disappeared , its appalling, Do not order from this site they will take your money and run.Ive had exactly the same problem taken my money no order.
They will not reply to my emails or telephone calls. Do not buy off of this site total rip offI've got exactly the same problem too, ordered mine back in February, emailed them in march and said it would be 3-4 days to get my tracking number but not had nothing, emailed twice and guess what no response... definitely going to take it further now and reading up it's an ongoing problem... What is wrong with the company/people... DON'T EVER SHOP HERE, only if you want to lose money!!

I've ordered an item 4 March but the shipping info still hasn't been updated. When I contacted customer services, they said it would be another 15 days. Still nothing. Because it's been way too long, I've emailed them again to get a refund but they're ignoring my messages.

So awful. Ordered in January, they got my orders so wrong I was sent completely random items. Had to beg for my refund and even when I did receive my orders, they were still wrong! How can you run an online business so appallingly? Just hurendous. DO NOT USE ULTAMODAN

Not sure about all the bad reviews but my was everything I expected plus more. My order took 3 weeks to come in and I was able to track the whole process. I had to pay duties and taxes for my shipment and if you don’t pay that then you won’t receive your order. For the money you pay it’s good quality clothes.
Will never use this company nor recommend to anyone

Ordered weeks ago not received it and been waiting for a refund for weeks, what a totally disgusting site, never have I experienced anything like it my bank is now going to get the money back for me, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
This company is shit. Everything negative you read about them is true. Don’t order. You’ll have to file claims with your bank to get them to refund you after they stop answering you when you don’t receive your order weeks and weeks later
