Delayed delivery, missing items, damaged product
I wouldn't bother dealing with this company! My delivery arrived late, and when it did turn up, half of my order was missing. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times, but didn't hear back for 5 whole days. And when they did finally reply, they asked for my address, even though I'd already given it in my first email along with my order number. Plus, the part of the order that did make it was all battered. Complete madness!

Contract phone for bad credit
The company offers a chance for people with poor credit to get a contract phone, which was my last option. However, I would recommend only applying if you can really afford it. The prices are a bit steep, but I felt it was worth it for the opportunity.

Expensive hotels
These hotels are just too pricey, and honestly, their website is terrible. When I tried to book a room, it was way more expensive than on Booking.com. It was a complete rip-off, and I ended up having a really awful experience.
