T-Shirt and jeans
So, yeah, I ordered a t-shirt and jeans from this place and they texted me saying it would come by 3 pm. So, I took a half-day from school, but the order never arrived! I emailed them about it and they didn't get back to me until three days later, claiming it was delivered on that very same day. I mean, seriously, what the heck?! And when I pointed out that I had in fact emailed them on Friday, they were really rude about it! Not cool at all, mate. I'd recommend shopping somewhere else!

Necklace purchase
I had a bit of difficulty ordering my necklace online, but after a couple of attempts, I managed to sort it out. The necklace I received was really lovely and shiny, just like it looked in the picture on the website. It arrived quite fast and was packaged nicely in a box, so it felt like unwrapping a gift. All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase.

Necklace purchase
I got a necklace from your shop recently and I have to say, it's really good quality. The design is so pretty and the gemstones shine brilliantly. However, I do need to mention that the way you communicate could be better. I sent back a product on the 2nd of November, but I haven't heard anything to confirm if you've got it yet. It would be really helpful if there was clearer communication about returns and refunds. I tried to get in touch with customer service to check, but I didn't hear back, unfortunately.
