Family Alps Ride 2023
Arranging a rental for our family trip to the Alps in 2023 was pretty smooth overall. I had to sort out rentals for four of us for a two-week trip, and we managed to finalise the rental agreement without any major problems. We were pleased with the discounts that were offered and they were all honoured. I also liked that I could pay half of the rental fee when booking and the other half when picking up the rental. However, there was a small issue when picking up the rental regarding insurance, but the staff quickly sorted it out. I did have some questions that were left unanswered before picking up the rental, which I would have appreciated some clarification on, but unfortunately, they were never addressed.

Fantastic watch for dad
The watch is absolutely brilliant for my dad, he really loves it, and I feel much better knowing he's safe. The fall detection service is fantastic, and luckily we haven't had to use it yet. The customer service team were really friendly and helpful during our test call, and setting up the account was a breeze. I can even keep an eye on dad's activity online, which is a huge weight off my mind. All in all, I would definitely recommend this product and service.

Ordered a three seat outdoor bench
I bought a three-seater outdoor bench from a place that was having a sale, and it was a really good price. However, when the bench arrived, it was a bit damaged and some bolts were missing, which was disappointing. So, I had to contact them, and they told me to send it back for a replacement. The collection was done by a carrier called Yodel, who were really frustrating as they didn't show up on the first day despite me speaking to them 3 times. The same thing happened the next day too, which was annoying. But then, a fantastic customer relations manager named Ronel contacted me and she was extremely nice and helpful. She sorted everything out and sent the spare parts with FedEx. She even gave me a discount for all the trouble. Ronel was amazing!

Quick and comprehensive insurance purchase
I've just bought insurance from this company and I have to say, the whole process was really quick and easy. They laid out all the policy details in a way that was easy to follow, so I could see exactly what was included and what wasn't. I liked that I could customise the insurance by adding or removing things like personal injury cover to suit me. All in all, I had a good experience with this company and I would definitely suggest them to others.

I've just finished a Fitness Trainer Certification course and I have to say, I was really impressed with how thorough and flexible it was. The topics we covered were super important for fitness training, and I liked that I could go through it all at my own speed.
