Stay booking at a hotel
I recently used a popular online booking platform to book a stay at a hotel in Portland, Dorset, UK. When I arrived at the New Admiralty Hotel, I was surprised to find out that the hotel had actually closed five weeks before my planned stay. This put me in a tough situation because I had already paid £160.0 for my reservation through the online booking platform. Despite this unfortunate turn of events, the booking platform did not inform me about the hotel closure or offer any help in finding another place to stay. Adding to my frustration, I even received a welcome email from the booking platform just yesterday, showing how careless they were about their customers' experiences. Now, I am out of money and will have to go through the process of getting a refund through my Mastercard. This whole situation has been very disappointing, and I would advise others to be careful when using this particular booking platform in the future.

Quick delivery, good communication, lowest price
I was really pleased with how well this company kept me in the loop about my order. The updates they gave me every step of the way were really helpful. Also, the delivery was super speedy and I was really impressed with how smoothly everything went. And to top it off, the price I paid was the cheapest I could find after checking out other places. All in all, I had a great shopping experience.
