Long delivery time.
Bought the phone as it was advertised as being tough.
Really impressed with the phone, however
I dropped my phone out of my pocket and the screen smashed.
The phone is not fit for purpose or as advertised.
Customer service is shocking. At first they offered me 200pts and told me it couldn't be repaired. I replied saying that that wasn't good enough. They then said I could pay for postage and repair to Poland so I have to pay for it all. They could not tell me how much the repair bill would be! Why would i pay for postage and then wait for a repair cost?? Why should I pay anything when the phone is not tough and cannot survive an accidental drop? Also why could it suddenly be repaired when they first told me it couldn't be??
They keep stating the warranty but it has nothing to do with this. The Main fact is that the phone is not tough and strong like advertised. Please buy this phone from another company as Gear best is shocking and useless. It also the same price on other websites with quicker delivery times. I wish I had seen these companies before buying from Gearbest
