Clothing items
My recent trip to the shop in Paisley was absolutely lovely. The store itself was so bright and tidy, which made it really easy to have a good look at all the clothes. Even though it was really busy on a Saturday afternoon, the staff were doing a great job of keeping things running smoothly. The girl at the checkout was dealing with lots of customers all at once, but she was still really nice, friendly, and kept her cool the whole time. She even said sorry for the wait and made sure everyone felt important. You could tell that all the staff really cared about giving top-notch customer service. They even mentioned that they were short-staffed because of illness, but they still did a fantastic job and had a great attitude. All in all, I was super impressed with the service and vibe at the shop in Paisley.
2 summer dresses and a nightdress
I have mobility issues because of my dodgy knee, so it's a bit of a mission to find the right clothes. I decided to treat myself and bought 2 summer dresses and a nightie online, and they've all turned out to be great. They fit me perfectly as a size 20, and they're comfy and stylish. The best part is, I can shop online without having to deal with the madness of busy shops, which is a massive bonus for me. I definitely plan on getting more stuff from this retailer because I'm really impressed with what I've got so far. The prices are pretty good too, so it's a win-win situation. Work trousers
My visit to that clothes shop recently was actually pretty good. Even though I wasn't sure what to expect, I was happy with how well they treated me. The staff there were especially nice and really paid attention to what I needed. I was on the hunt for some work trousers, and one of the staff members really went out of their way to help me find the right size and style. Not only did she help me find what I was looking for, but she also showed me to a big changing room where I could try them on properly. When I left the shop, I felt really content and thankful for the great service I got.
New season linen tops
I've just bought some new linen tops for this season and I have to say, I'm really pleased with the quality. They fit well and look very flattering. The whole shopping trip was quite enjoyable. I liked that I could return or exchange items in the store, and that credit notes are valid for a whole year. They did mention that if you send items back in the post, you're responsible for the postage costs, so I'd suggest going to the actual shops with changing rooms for a better shopping experience.
Lightweight tops purchase
The amount of packaging they used for my three lightweight tops was just ridiculous! I couldn't believe how much they put in there, especially when we're all trying to be more environmentally friendly. Bonmarche, please think about using less packaging to be more sustainable.
Clubcard not usable online
I've been shopping at this store for ages, and I was so excited when I joined their clubcard scheme. But I was gutted to discover that I can't even use my clubcard for online orders. It's really annoying because I'm losing out on earning points and getting discounts that I would normally get if I could use my clubcard for online shopping. I really hope the store can sort this out soon.

I recently bought some cotton items from this shop and I must say, the quality is always top-notch. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I've never been let down by the quality and value for money here. The website is easy to use, which makes shopping from home a breeze. When I went to Bon Marche, there was this really lovely lady at the Swindon store who helped me out with downloading an app onto my phone. She was very patient and kind, especially considering I'm not great with technology. She made sure everything was sorted and had such a friendly customer service approach. It was such a refreshing change from all the complaints you usually hear. Big thanks to the amazing lady who helped me with the app!
Plants for my sister
I popped down to the garden centre to pick up some plants for my sister's recovery, but I ended up stumbling upon the ideal nightdress at this shop called Bonmarche! The sales assistant and the girl at the till were really lovely and helpful, which made my shopping trip so enjoyable. I'll definitely be recommending this place to all my mates, and I'll be returning for sure. Cheers!

I've got to say, my time at this shop was really smooth. I didn't have any problems or issues when I bought my stuff. It was simple and quick, which is just what I like when I'm shopping. I bought some plus size clothes from here because they're really hard to find locally. I wish there was a store in Telford too. The sizes fit perfectly and I always manage to find something I really like.

I've bought stuff from this online shop quite a few times, and I got an email not long ago talking about discounts if you spend a certain amount. But when I looked into it a bit more, I saw that the discount was pretty much the same as the taxes and duties they were asking for. It seemed a bit sneaky to offer a discount only to then hit you with extra charges.
Easy to find products
I have to say, the value for money here is really good. It was super easy to search for products, no issues there. But, the annoying part is when you get to the checkout. The system seems to mess about and delay things, which can be quite frustrating when you're just trying to finish up. They definitely need to work on that bit.

I was really let down by the delivery process when I ordered from this shop online. It took a whole two weeks to get my stuff, which I thought was way too long nowadays. I thought choosing delivery to my local store would make it faster, but I was wrong. Other companies usually deliver within days or a week at most, but this was a first for me.

I tried to take back my red sparkly t-shirt but the shop was shut, even though the website said it was open. Dealing with Customer Care was a nightmare, they were so confusing and not helpful at all. It's all a bit of a mess. I really hope they sort it out soon because all I want is to return my shirt and get my money back!
