Adobe Creative Cloud purchase
The Black Friday deal for Adobe Creative Cloud was really easy to order and it's all up and running now. It's a bit of a pain though that they've started charging an extra 1 EUR for PayPal and you have to wait a whole 24 hours for activation for fraud prevention. On the plus side, Giropay worked a treat with no added costs, although not all banks support it.

I've bought a few things from this company and I must say, I've always been really impressed with the service they give. The website is easy to use and it's simple to find what you're looking for, which makes checking out a breeze. Bitdefender license purchase
The buying process was so annoying from beginning to end. For starters, the manual didn't match what I was seeing on my screen, so I got really confused. Then, even though I sent a bunch of emails with clear questions about Bitdefender, the replies I got were totally irrelevant, one time they even gave me info about Norton instead. It amazed me how poorly handled this whole thing was. Finally, after a phone call, my question got sorted out, but the whole thing just left me feeling super annoyed and let down.

Switching from one software platform to another went really well. The seller had competitive prices and the upgrade process was fast and simple to follow. The only small downside was waiting for my old software license to expire before the new one could start working, but that wasn't the seller's fault. Because of this, I couldn't return the software for a refund. Dealing with the situation was annoying, and in the end, I couldn't get my money back. Even though I didn't even install the new Anti-Virus Software, I still had to pay for it. This whole situation has left me unsatisfied and frustrated with the customer service from the company.

I recently bought some backup software from a company for 109 euros, but it wasn't a great experience. When I got in touch with the software manufacturer, they didn't have any record of me or the license the company said they'd give me. I spent days talking to customer service, but it didn't get me anywhere. The company's communication system was a nightmare, just endless emails with no clear way to reply or keep track of the conversation. The download had loads of bugs too, which made me question how well the company knew what they were doing. Even though I asked for a refund, they wouldn't admit they'd made a mistake or give me my money back. It felt like they were making promises they couldn't keep and ended up leaving me 109 euros worse off.

Buying and setting up the software was a proper pain. The instructions for activation on the website were a bit rubbish, and the links weren't working right. After a bit of a faff, I managed to get the software sorted on my computer. But then, only a few months later, it decided to forget the activation key. When I tried to go on the 2GO Software website using the email they sent, I got a connection problem. This meant I couldn't get hold of the activation key, causing a right nuisance just before a big presentation.

The supplier sent the license key really quickly and also gave clear instructions on how to install it. Luckily, I already had the app installed, so adding the key was super easy and it worked perfectly without any issues. I'd definitely recommend this supplier, especially if you're looking for Bitdefender products.

I got a Bitdefender code that was supposed to be a seal broken. I was told to enter an identifier in a box, but why? I was already a customer at Bitdefender. I couldn't enter anything there, so I just got a new code from Digital River Ireland and everything went smoothly. However, I received a message from you saying that the code receipt was a seal broken and you can't help with it. Have you ever heard of being customer-friendly? "Money back" seems like an empty promise. Keep it up.
