Clothing items
I bought some clothes from this company not too long ago and I have to say, it was a bit of a disappointment really. The customer service was really bad which made returning the items a real pain. It took me ages, about two weeks in fact, to work out how to send them back because the return instructions were so complicated. And then to make matters worse, getting a refund was a complete nightmare. They took forever to give me my money back and when they finally did, they messed up the currency exchange so I ended up with less money than I had originally paid. And to add insult to injury, the quality of the items I received wasn't even that good.
