Delayed delivery due to stock availability
I'm sorry to say that my recent order has been delayed because the item was out of stock. I waited for more than a week before I got in touch with customer service to find out what was happening. They got back to me quickly and told me they were in the middle of restocking the item from a shop. It's good that they were honest and explained the situation, but the delay was a hassle for me because I was really looking forward to getting my hands on my purchase.

I booked a holiday with this company not long ago, and I must say, it was a breeze. The website laid out everything that came with the holiday package, and I managed to input a discount code I got from the internet without any trouble. But then, surprise surprise, the company sent me a discount code of the exact same amount via email. Just a heads up, if you sign up with them and share your email, you might snag yourself a sweet discount code if you're willing to wait a bit.
