Amazing Footwears
Nice selection on CarlScarpa website. I bought a few things, then about an hour later went on again and bought more. My Italian Leather Boots arrived quickly and were well packaged. Found what I was looking for, great price and amazing delivery.
Definitely my go-to store for varieties of footwears. CarlScarpa send messages in the form of a newsletter to keep its clients and prospects abreast of their newest products, as well as their general method of service delivery. All my friends started getting envious of me when I received a box of footwear from CarlScarpa.

I recently bought a great pair of boots from the store and had a really good time. The staff, especially the manager, knew a lot about the products and gave us friendly service without pushing us to buy anything. On a busy day, the manager even had another staff member get a pair of boots for us to try on, which led to us buying some lovely boots for 600 euros. This kind of service took me back to the old days when shopping was more personal, which is rare in stores nowadays. I'm really thankful to all three staff members who helped us and made our visit special. Thanks a lot!
Loafers
I recently bought a pair of loafers online, but they turned out to be too big for me. Luckily, I found the last pair in my size online and swapped them out quickly. The delivery was fast, and they kept me informed the whole way. I was happy to see that I could return the big ones in-store and try on the new ones for size. The store staff were really helpful and made the exchange super easy. I was really pleased with the service and ended up with the perfect pair of shoes when I got home.
Delayed delivery due to stock availability
I'm sorry to say that my recent order has been delayed because the item was out of stock. I waited for more than a week before I got in touch with customer service to find out what was happening. They got back to me quickly and told me they were in the middle of restocking the item from a shop. It's good that they were honest and explained the situation, but the delay was a hassle for me because I was really looking forward to getting my hands on my purchase.
Ankle boots in teal
These ankle boots are incredible. The leather is so soft, like butter, and they are unbelievably comfortable. The teal colour is stunning and really lifts any outfit. I now understand why some people have multiple pairs in different colours - I am already considering getting another pair! The quality of these boots is clear with every step, and I can say without a doubt that they are the best boots I've ever had.

I ordered these boots online but they turned out to be too small, so I popped into the store to exchange them. I popped into this shoe shop in Richmond, it was really great! They had such a big selection of shoes, all really cute and comfy. I wish they had a store in Frankfurt as well, but who knows, maybe one day. The prices were reasonable and the styles of the shoes were spot on. I'll definitely be returning!

I recently bought a new pair of sandals and they fit me perfectly. They are so lightweight and go really well with my summer outfits, whether I'm wearing dresses or trousers. I find them super comfortable to wear all day long!

Purchased boots for Christmas.
I recently bought a pair of boots from this company as a Christmas gift, but the delivery process ended up being a real nightmare. DPD, the courier service, managed to deliver the boots to the complete wrong place, despite the fact that the photos and coordinates they provided didn't match our house at all. This led to a super long and annoying situation where my husband had to get in touch with the customer service team at the company to try and fix the issue. It took a whole two months for us to eventually get a refund for the boots that never arrived.
During this time, we were given the runaround and told that the company's policy was to wait for DPD to finish their investigation and insurance claim before giving customers their money back. It was only when we mentioned taking legal action that we finally got our refund. This whole ordeal has left me feeling really let down and frustrated, and I would definitely recommend that others steer clear of buying from this company in future.Carl Tempted shoes in Newtownards

My new fancy shoes
I got these really awesome shoes with a huge heel, thinking I'd be the trendiest person at school. But you won't believe it. Just a fortnight later, the leather started cracking and peeling off! It was really disappointing because I hadn't even worn them that often. I felt so down because I loved how they looked, but now they're ruined. I had to chuck them out, so now I'm stuck with my old plain shoes again. It's not great at all.
