Found boots in store, saw a scuff and ordered online that evening; wasn't sure about delivery but Estrelle and the crew were great, parcel arrived quick and I wore them next day, really glad.
Mostly chuffed
Pretty impressed — quick updates and neat packaging, shoes look smart and survive my daily dog-walks (mud included). Return was handled smoothly, so I'd buy from them again, honestly.
Spotted and impressed
They're brilliant, proper top-notch — I first spotted them in Carl Scarpa's window and tipped a mate to try them. Delivery was quick, not cheap but solid, soft leather feels a bit luxurious and my older pairs really do last, honestly.
Delivery spot on, colour not
Spotted these on a mate’s snap and ordered despite worrying about suede and colour—delivery was spot on and they’re comfy, so I’m glad those worries eased. Shame the navy rubs off on socks though, bit annoying but manageable.
Split deliveries, glad it worked
one pair arrived within a couple of days (so I could wear them right away), the second came a few days later. Bit annoying but relieved overall.

Ankle boots in teal
These ankle boots are incredible. The leather is so soft, like butter, and they are unbelievably comfortable. The teal colour is stunning and really lifts any outfit. I now understand why some people have multiple pairs in different colours - I am already considering getting another pair! The quality of these boots is clear with every step, and I can say without a doubt that they are the best boots I've ever had.

I've just bought some shoes online and honestly, they're amazing. They look exactly like they did on the website and they fit perfectly. I always have a good experience shopping with this retailer because they never disappoint when it comes to quality and comfort.
Great Fit, very light, perfect for summer
I recently bought a new pair of sandals and they fit me perfectly. They are so lightweight and go really well with my summer outfits, whether I'm wearing dresses or trousers. I find them super comfortable to wear all day long!
Shoes, love them
I really do adore these shoes! They're just so comfy and stylish. I've been getting them for years now, and they never let me down. I live in New Zealand, so I either order them online or ask a friend to bring me a pair all the way from Ireland. They're definitely worth it!
Shoes in Richmond
I popped into this shoe shop in Richmond, it was really great! They had such a big selection of shoes, all really cute and comfy. I wish they had a store in Frankfurt as well, but who knows, maybe one day. The prices were reasonable and the styles of the shoes were spot on. I'll definitely be returning!
Soft leather shoes
I received my new soft leather shoes really quickly and I think they're lovely! The leather is so soft and they're really comfortable, even when wearing them for the first time. Everyone has been complimenting my shoes and I ended up buying another pair already!
Loafers
I recently bought a pair of loafers online, but they turned out to be too big for me. Luckily, I found the last pair in my size online and swapped them out quickly. The delivery was fast, and they kept me informed the whole way. I was happy to see that I could return the big ones in-store and try on the new ones for size. The store staff were really helpful and made the exchange super easy. I was really pleased with the service and ended up with the perfect pair of shoes when I got home.
Footwear from the store
I was really happy with the service I got from Shirley and Tamara. They were so helpful and knew a lot about the shoes. It made shopping easy and fun. I love what I bought and want to say a big thank you to the ladies for all their help.

I ordered some loafers, but they turned out to be too big. Thankfully, I could return them easily and exchange them for a smaller size. The new ones arrived quickly and fit me perfectly.
Purchased boots for Christmas.
I recently bought a pair of boots from this company as a Christmas gift, but the delivery process ended up being a real nightmare. DPD, the courier service, managed to deliver the boots to the complete wrong place, despite the fact that the photos and coordinates they provided didn't match our house at all. This led to a super long and annoying situation where my husband had to get in touch with the customer service team at the company to try and fix the issue. It took a whole two months for us to eventually get a refund for the boots that never arrived.
During this time, we were given the runaround and told that the company's policy was to wait for DPD to finish their investigation and insurance claim before giving customers their money back. It was only when we mentioned taking legal action that we finally got our refund. This whole ordeal has left me feeling really let down and frustrated, and I would definitely recommend that others steer clear of buying from this company in future.Bought some boots online, too small.
