Tomato plants
All my tomato plants arrived damaged. Received a replacement and they were no better. Poor packaging with no warning of live plants. The diver left my parcel on the it’s side. It should have been upright!

Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience, the worst I have ever experienced from a company.
This is what you get from trying to support your team!
I have been chasing various parts of this order since Nov 20, it is now Mar 21. I have lost count of the number of emails sent back and forth. I WISH I had cancelled this order when it failed to arrive time and time again in the beginning...regardless of being changed extortionate amounts for next day P&P! Customer services have not got a clue, they do not read your emails just send you to their website, which was obviously my first point of call, but does not answer the problems I am experiencing....hence.... customer services!
I am STILL chasing money I am owed, in excess of £130.00, as they have now sent it to the wrong account.....not mine! I am now having to start emailing to chase my money!
THIS WHOLE PROCESS....WHICH IS STILL NOT RESOLVED....IS PAINFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
