    Begonias purchase

    I bought some begonias from this company not long ago, and I have to say, I was really let down by how small they were when they arrived. They were only about 1 cm each, much smaller than I was anticipating. I don't think they'll have time to grow big enough to bloom this year. Considering what I paid, I don't think the quality of the product matched up.

    The customer service from this company is simply dreadful! I placed an order for three plants well in advance, giving them plenty of time to be delivered. But when the end of April arrived, there was no sign of them. Two more weeks went by and still nothing. After sending several emails, they eventually replied saying that the plants wouldn't be ready until the end of August. Can you believe it? Do they really need that long to grow the plants? They then gave me another delivery date, which also came and went without any sign of my order. After more apologies and promises, they eventually had to cancel my order and told me to wait for a refund. My advice is to steer clear of this company at all costs!

They replied to all my emails quickly and I got a refund promptly for the inconvenience. Even though there was a hiccup with the delivery, I was really impressed with how well they looked after me. I'll definitely think about buying more plants from them in the future, but I might pop into the shop next time to make sure everything goes smoothly. Thanks again for your great service, Dobies.

    I recently got some new plants from this company because the first ones I got had some problems. But I have to say, their customer service was excellent and they fixed things quickly. The new plants look good for now, so let's wait and see how they turn out. All in all, I'm happy with how everything was sorted out.

    I've been purchasing plants online for quite some time now and honestly, I have to say that this place is just brilliant! The customer service is absolutely fantastic - I've had a few problems with my orders, but every time I got in touch, they were quick to replace anything that wasn't quite right. They're always so helpful and friendly, it's great. I've received a couple of plants that were a bit damaged due to delays in the post, but Dobies sorted it out without any fuss. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of plants online.

    Chilli seeds purchase

    I bought a bunch of chilli seeds from a shop a month ago. I planted half of them in a propagator on my windowsill, and amazingly, every single seed has sprouted. I'm really happy with how well the seeds turned out and how many of them actually grew. The seeds were fresher and more viable than I thought they would be.

    I recently bought some plants from a store and, honestly, two of them were extremely small. They were too tiny to even plant in the ground. It was really disappointing, you know? I don't reckon I'll purchase from there again, I'm afraid.

    Small, rotten Dahlia Tubers, tiny Tomato plugs, overcrowded Asparagus crowns

    I've bought a few things from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed every time. The Dahlia Tubers I got were so small, some were even rotten, and three out of the bunch ended up completely rotten. The Tomato plugs I ordered were smaller than I thought they would be and not the variety I was told I'd get. And don't even get me started on the Asparagus crowns I got recently - they were all overcrowded and took up way more space than I had planned for. On top of all that, the delivery was delayed multiple times and I kept getting conflicting information about when it would arrive. Overall, the quality of the products I got was really poor and I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experiences.

    I had a problem with my plant order recently, but I have to admit that the customer service team, especially a lady called Amy, was really quick to reply and sort things out. When I got in touch with Dobies customer care, Amy told me straight away that they would send me a new order with 10 trailing fuchsia plants and 3 tomato plants. I was really pleased with how fast they fixed the problem, and I'm looking forward to seeing if the new plants are up to scratch.

    I bought some tomato plants from this company not long ago, but when they arrived, they were in a right state - really damaged and almost useless. I've tried getting in touch with customer service three times now by email to sort out the problem, but I've not heard a peep back from them. On top of the messed-up tomato plants, I've asked for a refund on some other orders because I've lost faith in the products they're selling. I've been a regular customer of theirs for four years, but this recent experience has left me feeling really let down.

    Begonia Illumination Mixed garden ready plants

    I bought some Begonia Illumination Mixed garden ready plants this spring and I have to say, I'm really happy with them. I had a nice chat with a customer service rep on the phone and they were so friendly and helpful. The plants are doing really well in a shady spot in my courtyard and they're still blooming brightly after several weeks. I love looking at them from my kitchen window, they bring me a lot of joy. Thanks to these plants, even doing the dishes feels a bit less like a task!

    Dahlia labella 'Maggiore Fire' plug plants

    I'm really disappointed with the Dahlia labella 'Maggiore Fire' plug plants I bought from you recently. When they arrived, the soil bags were completely dry, showing that the packers didn't take care when packing them. On top of that, two of the plugs were bent and feeble, and the third plug had fallen apart altogether. This just isn't good enough and it makes your company look bad.

    Geranium 'Best Red' F1 Hybrid 12 plugs

    I recently bought 12 plugs of Geranium 'Best Red' F1 Hybrid from your company. When they arrived, I was a bit let down by the size and quality of the plugs. They were smaller than what I've gotten from other suppliers before, and three of them were barely hanging on and died soon after. But, when I contacted your customer service team, they quickly sorted it out and sent me replacements that were the right size and in much better condition.

    I received my plants earlier today and I'm really pleased with how they look! They arrived in great condition, not squashed or damaged at all, and the box they were packaged in was really good quality. I'm so happy with how they turned out, especially after a bad experience with another company in the past. The delivery service was also really fantastic - I wish more companies used them!

    I bought some plug plants from this company not long ago, and I have to say I was left feeling quite disappointed. Out of the four lots of plug plants I ordered, a few of them arrived all squashed up and damaged. What really got to me was the fact that no one even said sorry or offered a refund. It was a proper let down dealing with this company, and now I'm not sure if I want to give them another try.

    Flowers ordered were disappointing

    In the last year, I've had several flower deliveries, but they've always been a letdown. The plants arrive looking leggy, dried up, and stuck in their pots, showing they've not had much care. Also, they always come at awkward times - sometimes even left in the post over the weekend. When one order was massively delayed, they told me it wouldn't arrive for a whole year! So, I decided to just cancel it and stop using this company or any similar ones in the future.

    Grafted plants and lavender

    What a disappointment! I got my order in three parts and it was a letdown. The first delivery had just 1 cucumber and 3 peppers, all poorly packed with bruised leaves. The second delivery had four grafted tomatoes and an aubergine, with weak, limp leaves. Luckily, the lavender in the third delivery was strong enough to survive your bad handling. I used to trust your grafted plants, but now I'll go to the garden centre for new ones. Overall, a big letdown.

    Willow fencing purchase

    I ordered some willow fencing almost a month ago, and you know what? It still hasn't arrived! I tried to follow it up, but all I received was a terrible email saying there was an update attached - there wasn't any attachment or update in the email. They're a complete joke, definitely avoid ordering from them!
