Next day delivery coat purchase
I've recently started using this company and thought I'd order a coat for my son with next day delivery. At first, I got a bit worried when I found out the item had been dispatched, but then didn't hear anything from the courier as promised. So, I decided to send an email to customer service to clear things up. I then checked out some reviews online and saw some negative feedback on trust pilot, which made me even more worried. However, the customer service team got back to me quickly within an hour and let me know that the jacket had already been delivered, even giving me the name of the person who signed for it. All in all, I didn't have any problems with their customer service, but it looks like their courier service could use some improvement.
